My server Sophia was terrible. Was there for going on 2 hours with my family and 1 refill. Took over 30 minutes for me to eventually ask someone else to cash me out. She sat and talked to her little boyfriend at the bar the entire time. I would understand if it was busy but there was a total of maybe 15 customers in store with 3 active servers and a bartender. Food was great. Absolute terrible customer care.

Good food. It's a bar environment. So it's loud and there's a lot of TV's. So if you want a place to go to watch some sports and have a couple of drinks. This is a good spot for that. If you want to chat with your spouse and have a nice quiet meal, go somewhere else 🙂. Family friendly bar like environment.

After a long day at work did a call a head order for wings. Called about 40min before we showed up at the store… the person working the counter was busy, took the name of the person in front of me and let them know it would be a few minutes before it was ready… Now I step up to the counter and the person working there looked over my head and asked the person behind me who they were picking up for (prob knew them) then proceeded to the back to check on their order. I am still standing at the counter. When this person returns they walk right past me to tell that person their order had more time before it was ready…. And surely it was time to ask me right??? No she walked right pass me and back to the kitchen area….. now I am mad and I am standing there with obvious displeasure on my face does anybody stop to see if I needed help,,,no not for another 7 minutes until a younger staff member walked by all of us waiting and asked each if we had been helped….as nicely as I could be I described my situation. This staff member went and checked for me and yep you guessed it still needed more time…. When the orders were ready the original worker brought them out and called the other two names and just set mine on the counter!!!! At this point it is time for me to get recognized as I made a very deliberate grab of my bag and ask is this for me??? To the standard of the night I did not get an answer just a weird look!!!!!! Small town hospitality NOT!!!!

We were there last night 7-29-25... it was extremely busy. Our waitress was amazing considering how busy she was, she still took the time to calm a child behind us and took the time to play and keep our 2yo grandson laughing and happy. Even though she was rushed at everything, she never forgot us, my lemon, drinks, all of our little extra stuff.. we had a little incident at our table, she handled it quick and efficient. I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings on my birthday to redeem their special offer of 6 free wings, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
As I entered, I was instantly impressed by the ambiance. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, with a cool, chill vibe. The space was filled with numerous big screens showing different sports games, which really added to the dynamic energy of the place. It was the perfect setting to celebrate.
Shortly after I was seated, I was greeted by a waitress named Reese, who made the experience even better. She was exceptionally polite, friendly, and had a warm smile on her face throughout our interaction. I explained that it was my birthday and that I wanted to claim the 6-wing birthday offer. She promptly asked for my membership details, which I shared with her.
What truly stood out about Reese was her attentiveness and professionalism. She took the time to customize my order exactly the way I wanted, making sure every detail was just right. Her communication skills were excellent, and she genuinely understood what the customer needed—she made me feel valued and appreciated.
Within about 7 minutes, my wings arrived—coated in my favorite Garlic Parmesan sauce. And wow… just wow! The wings were absolutely to die for. They were juicy, packed with flavor, and had the perfect glaze that made every bite mouthwatering. The Garlic Parmesan sauce had the right balance of richness and tang, making it one of the best wing experiences I’ve had.
Overall, this birthday visit to Bdubs exceeded my expectations. Great service, fantastic food, and an inviting atmosphere made it a celebration to remember. Big shoutout to Reese and the entire team for making my day special—I’ll definitely be back!
