Absolutely the worst service. The food was horrible and came out cold. No one ever came back and checked in on us. Couldn’t find anyone to pay this place is a joke

I used to love BWW… went there every Tuesday for BOGO bone-in wings, but things have changed in the past year in Rolla, MO. Now, bartender works floor and is seldom available @ bar. When they move tables/chairs the “dragging” is defining! Worst is that wings, when they finally come, are not freshly cooked. They are “warm”, tough, and chewy. Draft Beer is about double what you can get at local establishments. Fruit flies flying around me and my beer for the whole time. I’m done!

First I will say that I've dined in many times and would rate them a 4 star for that. However, we tried takeout because of not feeling well but still wanting Valentines day to be special. It was horrible. The app said it would be ready in 20 min,(6:20pm) then switched to over 30 after I put my order in (7pm). Not to big of a deal - until I got there at 7pm and first they daid it was delivered and even showed a paid tip, then when I explained i obviously didn't order it for delivery as i live a distance away, they said they were working on it... which they "did" until almost 8pm. I had to stand at their counter and watch delivery driver after delivery driver get their orders but never mine. I chatted with a few of them asking what time their orders were placed - they were after mine. The hostessoffered me a soda while I waited as their apology and expected that to make it all better. Worse was them just saying they were busy, and i should have expected to wait longer than they promised. It wasn't until I told them to just cancel my order because i was 5 min away from waiting inside for an hour, that it was magically "being bagged up". Our food was so greasy (pics of box below to show the grease on the box when we took it out of the bag. I will never order take out here again, and after standing in there for an hour watching them seat couples and small groups while a family with small children waited almost an hour for 2 tables to open close together, I don't know that I will eat inside any time soon either. If they had made the other couples/groups that got there after that family wait a few min, the family would have gotten 2 tables together much sooner. Would never go there on a projected, busy night. They can't handle it.

Before you leave the place make sure everything is in the bag like you have ordered because had to visit there after going to home half way because they forgot some Items in the list . Then again went back and gave wrong items second time . 😵💫

My boyfriend placed a take out order and my wings were amazing and had lots of sauce on them just like I like. But we also ordered buffalo tots and asked for no blue cheese or blue cheese crumbles and it was covered in it so I came back up to get the order fixed and then it’s my fault I didn’t check again because when I got home it was covered in blue cheese again. I’m not going up there a 3rd time not very happy about that .

Compliments to the cook. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered burgers, fries, and the bacon patty melt. Our waitress made sure drinks were always full. Thank you 😊
My friends and I had the best time at your establishment! The food was great and people were so nice, checked all the boxes when thinking of a good dinning experience! Our waitress, Jenna, was very attentive and helpful. We didn’t have to wait on her and received everything we requested in a timely manor.
