I paid over $17 for the worst breakfast ever. The double Croissan'wich was lukewarm at best and the egg tasted horrible. I didn't even bother trying the other one.
The drive thru person was not very cordial, either.
This is the times we live in, though. We pay $40-50 to eat at places like this to fund people who want $15 an hour to give us straight-up crap! After this experience, I'm having serious doubts about eating out anywhere ever again!

Listen all I gotta say, is who ever was in charge tonight [2/21/25]......yall did a great job, everything was made genuinely perfect. I'm not a fan of burger King, but this was an amazing burger and made beautifully. It might be odd to rant about a fast food joint....but 10/10 guys 10/10

I went to eat in with my family of six. There were a number of people in the lobby with their belongings and their dogs. The dogs were very obviously not service animals as they aggressively barked at us. The people had sectioned off a good portion of the tables with their belongings (shopping carts and bags).
The restaurant had only two employees on duty. The gentleman at the register was working hard and as fast as you would expect during a busy evening period. The food prep worker gave the appearance that he was high and had he been moving any slower, he would have been moving backwards.
The final straw for me was that after over forty five minutes with no food, one of the lobby people (who may or may not have been an off-duty employee) went back to the food prep area, presumably to help. Quite frankly, with the smell coming from either the dogs or the people, I was not disposed to eating food prepared in these circumstances so I requested a refund. I did receive my refund, along with several passive-aggressive comments. Honestly, I don't fault the gentleman for the comments, as his frustration was evident and understable.
We won't be returning to this location.

They all are strange people at first they said they're hiring then wen pulled up there are not ..then months laters u call they said they are not hiring . Then to fill out a application ..then was told a lady can get in trouble for even speaking to me for long time.it was only 2 mins on the phone ..then was told only way to get hired is make a good impression.. They don't know what they want all confused people. And wonder why fast food jobs barley have workers. . They lie a lot like children. I think they should just tell we ain't hiring and never will . Rolla is hard to find employment I see. . Rolla is just a college town that's all it's good for and only good for visiting nothing else but rent is cheaper here tho. Got hired at the burger king in overland in st.louis mo but the pay sucks and never started after hearing the pay . But I was put in the system tho .. so I thought Rolla would be better well it worse with lies and ring around

After sitting in line for over an hour at the drive thru for a mobile order, I finally get to the window. First the guy at the window tried to make me pay for my order twice. When I told him I already paid, he tried to tell me they didn't get the online order. After about 20 minutes they finally found my order. Even after finding my order they kept giving me the wrong food and sodas. They got irritated at me when I had to keep sending the food back. By the time I got done I had been there about an hour and a half. This burger king has the worst service I have ever seen.

The manager on duty at 5:30 pm on Sunday evening October 13th was extremely rude and unprofessional in every aspect. Especially, to two adults at a drive thru window just asking a question in relation to a stupid coupon. Her response was rude and then they got our food wrong but overcharged us for it. Go figure. Yes, I will also be taking the survey. Thanks for being so rude to us. We totally appreciated it
