42 minutes for a basic order with no custom anything? Never got my order, had to ask for a refund . Never in my life have I seen such a show. It wasn’t just my order. The owner of this place needs alerted STAT, oh man, edit, today I ordered a whopper onion ring and chicken nuggets,.......i got fries and chicken fries... i guess its getting a little better... lol

Newest building on Kingshighway, and the staff has allowed it to turn into the worst.

Let's start with the curb appeal. --- Rolla's vagrancy problem on full display . There's normally at least four hanging out inside or outside. Plus the junk cars.
And then whatever is happening in the back parking lot.... That's just crazy that they are allowing that ....

Absolutely the worst dining experience. The lobby is full of homeless people, the bathrooms completely full of wagons with their person belongings, needles in the floor. Dogs outside like it's their owners front porch. It took forever to get out food. Between that and everything else, including people fighting and sleeping on tables...this place should be shut down!

During the noon hour, I ordered then waited in line for 15 mins. Two customers in front of me pulled out of line without picking up their order. I waited another 10 mins and still had 3 cars in front of me. I pulled out of line, drove down to McDonald's, 3 blocks away, ordered, paid for my food, picked up my food, pulled out of the parking lot and drove 3 blocks to past Burger King and the truck that was behind me was at the window to pick up their food. Not sure what the issue was but the wait for me was too long.

Most awful experience I've had here at the Rolla location. Was so ecxitied for them to tear down and build new. When reopened it was great then the drug addict looking people started to return. Today went there for my lunch from work. Lady leaned up on counter said would be right with us and the disappeared at the drive thru window. When she came back said hurry before they beep in my ear again. We ordered our food. No ice in the machine. Ok things happen no biggie sitting there wait other customers came and she is yelling across the counter a dining room about how swamped she is. It was us and the 2 other customer that came in that ended up leaving because of the wait. Still waiting when the homeless started coming and one with a dog went to the counter and got free cups even tho we paid for ours but they also brought their dog in and gave it a toy and was running around playing with the toy in the restaurant. Still waiting over 30 minutes, had to get a refund because still no food. Lady there could not do it had to go get the manager out of his car to come do it and then he had to call his manager to do the refund. Finally got the refund didn't seem to phase them at all. Went to Arby's and got friendly service and food in less than 5 minutes.

This is a sad post. I love Burger King. Its the best of all the fast food burger places. You cant beat the flame broiled burger taste, but I will never be back to this location.
1. drivethrough April 30th 2025 about 730pm
2. I made a simple order, 2 double cheeseburgers, no mustard extra pickle. I had to repeat the order twice, not because he couldnt hear me, but because he didnt understand
3. When getting the the window, the worker looked like he could give a master class in poor life choices. He was eating a burger, and having a drink. He was constantly slurping bites and wiping his mouth with the same hand he used to bag my order.
4. There was almost no one else there, but I waited a long time for my order
5. He just shoved my food at me, and didnt say thank you or anything plesant at all
6. I cant trust the food, if this is the quality of the workfoce

We went there tonight & there were two cars in the drive through which is where we were & 1 car in the parking lot but the person on the drive through intercom said it would be at least five minutes before he could take our order because he needed to catch up on other orders. We went elsewhere.
