When i got a meal with two sides I got charged in full, the full price of the item not the substitution price. I changed both sides because I will admit I am a picky eater and dont like hasbrowns. Well when we went to pay my boyfriend asked about it because we've only eaten here three times, so we were curious. When we asked the man at the register took it off but looked at my boyfriend and asked if he was happy in a very sarcastic tone and turned and winked at me. When my boyfriend started talking again to ask about it, because he never answered his question, the man continues to ask him if he was happy and kept being rude. He also had an airpod in and just kept being disrespectful. If a substitute is going to be the full price disclose that to the customer.

Hash browns where inedible hair in the eggs took over 45 minutes to get our food. Bathrooms where disgusting. When we went in there was only one other table there and it's still took so long and then to have half the food be inedible was sad. Will not be going back for sure. Even the toddler asked why it took so long without any adults says anything before hand. That says lot

This place is Always cold inside. Please wear a jacket. My eggs didn't have cheese in them and hash browns way over cooked.
I will say this was the cleanest Dennys I have ever been in. Menus were surprisingly wiped down and clean. Restrooms were also clean and fully stocked. Food was served quick with a pleasant waitress named Carla. All three of us cleaned are plates. The food was very hot and delicious. This was during peak lunch time. Thanks Carla for your excellent service. Thank you management team for doing a terrific job of running the establishment.

From the moment we walked in it was disappointing. The hostess was cranky and acted like she needed a new job because she didn't want to be there. Our waitress was good but the food was only so-so. A mixture of burnt and raw hash browns. Dried up toast with the least amount of butter I've ever seen. My food was warm but my wife had to eat her broken/yolk free eggs ,supposed to be over easy eggs cold. Yes it's a Dennys but even McDonald's is at least hot food. Don't waist the money on this place.

I got burnt toast for my order... and their endless breakfast, you suppose to get a refill of egg and pancakes.. but never happened, the server just took the plate without asking and give us the bill afterwards. My husband was upset and for sure will never comeback.

Gonna be honest- not as good as the normal Denny's I'm used to going to. It's not BAD food really, but it's not spectacular - and for the price, I can't justify it. I bought a sampler, same as always, and was dissappointed. The bacon was closer to burnt than anything, the pancakes weren't hot when I got them, all in all just not a great experience.
Staff were nice, but I can't justify eating food that isn't great just because of nice staff.
