It was the worst thing I ever ate in my life. I feel like I was misled and robbed. They charged me $71 for the worst food ever seen in my life. They should close that building down. Nobody should ever go there again I do not recommend it if you burn the place down

Walked in after a 600 mile drive...took forever to get seated (no one else in line) got seated ...10 minutes passed not one server acknowledged us ...they didn't even notice we walked out and went to waffle house 2 blocks down. Where it was prompt service and friendly staff!

NOT ALLERGY FRIENDLY!! Our server was extremely dismissive of allergies she was advised of prior to and while ordering the food, she definitely made it seem like an inconvenience. Specifically no dairy, and sure enough pancakes are all buttermilk not “plant based” even if ordered the plant based option, and served with butter on the plate. May sound like a small problem to some but can be tragic for others. Would have been a different experience and situation if server took it seriously and acted like she cared. When explaining to manager why they shouldn’t be labeled and why we needed them off of our bill she then proceeded to say “you should’ve asked for the allergy menu” when I most definitely checked the allergy label online and asked questions about the ingredients in question and was never given an answer just a glare for asking for modifications. Most drinks and food at the table were also wrong. Definitely won’t be going back. Also not one at all to leave a review somewhere but I have never been dismissed so much over my allergies.

Experience was garbage. Bathrooms dirty, floors sticky and nasty, no customer service had to flag them down to get a drink refill, waited well over 45 minutes for food and the place was empty. Asked if they could sub a side they said no then didn’t even bring the fries that was supposed to be with it and over charged it. To fix it they only discounted $5. Will never eat here again.
