Pretty amazing food, I like it, my wife likes it, always great service I get from the crew working there, music is good, could be better.

Great ace with great service. I tried the Cueban...pulled pork and Kielbasa with pickles and mustard. Such a good sandwich. Also had the pulled pork nachos with American fries. Both of these are new favorites!

Ordered brisket, pulled pork, and ribs with fries, potato salad, and baked beans. Meats were dry and hard to chew. Brisket was in large chunks, not sliced thin. Little meat on the ribs. Potato salad had lots of red pepper or pimento, not sure, but not appetizing. Fries were the worst. Half cooked and soaked in oil. Waste of money...

Dietary restrictions: Called to check for gluten-free options before going to drive-thru. Said all their meats and sauces were gf and some of their sides. Called off mac & cheese as a gf option, which threw up a red flag. I questioned this and specifically asked if they used gf noodles in this dish. I was assured that they did. I asked again in the drive-thru and this person said that it wasn't gf.

It's good and everybody was friendly but stuff is super expensive and the portions are smaller. Spent about $40 and for $10 more I could've just gone to a steakhouse

So excited to go to a Dickeys since the one we used to live by in California closed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved that it was decorated inside like a luau. It was fast, delicious, and a great choice for those of us craving brisket but have kids with short attention spans.

Worst pork ribs we’ve ever had!!
I called to let them know, the worker said that it probably wasn’t fresh because we didn’t dine in. It took us five mins to get home and eat.
The ribs were dried and tasted like weeks old meat.
