⭐ 1 Star – Great Food, Terrible Service from One Employee
I’ve been a loyal customer of Dickey’s for years and have always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, the service—specifically from one employee named Joy—has gone so far downhill that I can no longer recommend this location.
Despite ordering the exact same meal for years without issue, Joy consistently treats me with unnecessary rudeness and condescension. She speaks to me as if I don’t know what I’m ordering, even though I’m always clear and polite. Strangely, she doesn’t treat my husband this way—only me—which makes the behavior even more concerning.
I’ve tried to ignore it, but after several repeated experiences, it’s clear this isn’t a one-time fluke. Her attitude completely ruins what should be an enjoyable meal, and it’s disappointing that it hasn’t been addressed.
Good food only goes so far when the customer service is this unprofessional.

Fried chicken sandwiches were soggy and small...they were out of the corn muffins and Bleu cheese dressing we had ordered and paid for. They compensated by giving my son a brownie. They forgot his fries that went with his meal so he had to go back in and wait to get them. We ordered online for pick up. Bill was around $35. Potatoe casserole side was bleh, tasted stale. Would we order from here again? Meh. Unsure.

Ribs were awesome, perfect place to grab a bite or hang out with friends.
Unfortunate enough that my family doesn't mind sharing. So we tried almost everything on the menu. And there was not one bad thing there. We will be going back through in a few months and we will be stopping again. Keep up the excellent work on this great food.

We stopped in for a quick eat and it did not disappoint!
Excellent as always! I've been to a couple different Dickey's in different states and I've always loved the food and menu options. This location was exceptionally well! Service was fast, order was 100% correct. A little messy, but isn't every BBQ joint?

I will never ever eat here again. The pulled pork was so salty that I couldn't even taste the meat! Green beans, almost the same way and the overall flavor of them was not good at all. Potato salad wasn't even good as it was too sweet. I've now had enough sugar and salt for an entire week! Was only able to stomach half of my meal and the rest went in the trash. Worst barbecue I have ever had!
