I ordered the 3 meat plate. Came with choice of meats and two sides and a roll. I ordered sliced brisket, polish sausage, and ribs. For the sides I ordered the fried okra and potato salad. The brisket was dry and tough, it’s a good thing I bought the drink. The ribs were tender enough that when I picked them up they fell apart, unfortunately that’s due to the slice marks in the top as there was small amount of edible meat on there as it was dry mostly as well. The polish sausage was good. The okra had a good crispy outside. Now the potato salad was definitely one of the better ones that I’ve had. The staff was super nice and pleasant. Clean areas and seating. The parking was even clean with plenty of space.

Food was fresh & delicious! Staff greeted us when we walked in & were able to explain the menu for us. All around good atmosphere!
The staff did not care for the customers. What bad attitudes! We were the only customers in the restaurant and they barely acknowledged us. Three girls talked among themselves and played with their phone. Terrible service!

I'm from Texas so I know good Dickey's BBQ; I've eaten all my adult life. Never in ALL of those years have I been served a roll so hard that I could use it as a weapon! Never in my life have I had ribs with meat so hard it could cut your throat open when you swallow it. Never havei had Dickey's serve me green beans that were complete mush and only tasted like black pepper.So, I called to be told there wasn't a manager there and then if I needed help I could call back in the morning bc they couldn't help me without a manger. . So I have to eat this garbage? Congratulations Rolla! You have definitely set yourself apart. This isn't award-winning barbecue. This is garbage.Called back today and spoke to Sam, who told me again there is no manager on duty, refused to give me corporate's number and then hesitated to give me his name until the 5th time in a row that I asked.We had to eat somewhere else last night after paying almost $50 for Dickey's and today no one still seems to care. I want a full refund and an apology.
Unfortunately very disappointing. $50 for 3 small meals with a side of attitude! 5 girls behind the counter, not busy, no customer line and after 2 attempts still can not get the small order right. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Overall good spot. However, this Rolla location has smoked wings that they fry to warm them up. Store personnel say that corporate tells them to reheat the wings this way. Why not reheat the brisket, ribs and sausage the same way then?Ijs, I didn’t want a fried product and frying these wings to reheat them dried them out and made them crispy. That’s not a smoked wing anymore. Also, with a gluten allergy and a fryer that shared many products (usually containing breaded (gluten) items, I received a reaction to gluten.The store in Columbia was on point and had excellent, juicy, delicious, and obviously, non-fried smoked wings. Big difference. Terrible method to fry them to reheat them for multiple reasons.Smoked wings rating is 0 from Rolla location.
