It took 2 hours to receive our 3 pizza order. They said afterwards it was because a bus was in front of us. If they couldn’t fill our order they should have said so.

Order a pizza. Hour later I call to see where my pizza was. And they said it would be another 20 minutes. Told them to cancel the order. There is no reason it should take that long.

They were very nice and professional. Shelby was quick and professional as well as friendly and confident! Thank you. They even emailed me something since my order was delayed for an unknown reason.

I had made an order to be picked up at 6:20. Of course, expecting a dinner rush, we arrived earlier but couldn't find a place to park. After searching for 5 minutes, we parked in a lot across the street and then proceeded to wait an extra 30 minutes only for our order to be handed to the WRONG PERSON.

My order was incorrect to start off with. The macaroni bowl was so over cooked,it was burnt around the top which made the middle one big messy blob,uneatable. I also ordered pizza bites and ended getting garlic knots. Very,very disappointed.

One of our pizzas didn't have any sauce. That was weird. The kid who delivered literally handed it to my husband and said, "Here's your shit" and left so fast he didn't get his additional tip. That was also weird. Food was just ok. Not great, not horrible. Could've been better. For 62$ I will go elsewhere. The price was more than other better quality places.

I have ordered online 2 different times and not 1 time have I gotten the emergency pizza offer. As a matter of fact what happened to 30 minutes or less or it's free? I placed my order online at 7:43 and recieved my pizza not until 5 minutes till 9! I have submitted many of complaints and have recieved 0 feed back and obviously no resolution. I'LL BE DAMNED IF I EVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN! Until it's made right with me.
It's Domino's, so you pretty much know you're getting 3rd tier pizza. But some of them are really good. Theo Clements makes the best ones in Rolla, and he deserves a raise! I've never had a bad experience that they didn't make right.
Also, ignore all the Karens in the comments. They are just entitled people who lack empathy and think the world revolves around them.
Parking: Use their coupons and deals. ?
Kid-friendliness: They have a set of stairs the kids can use to step up and watch them make pizzas.

No Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo mac and the chicken was super burnt. But it got here in like ten minutes.
On October 7th I redeemed my points for 5 cheese pasta and I ordered bbq chicken. When I got home and opened the pasta there only a small layer of pasta and cheese, not even a half of container full. The pasta had no flavor. I'm glad I had the chicken to eat. I tried calling, but no one answer. I am very upset with Domino's. Is this how you treat your loyal customers?
