Fresh and exelent service
Good but they often forget the sauce
Excellent food and service. They are often understaffed which can lead to longer lines and issues maintaining stock on occasion. I wouldn't consider this a fault of the resaurant though, just a supply-demand mismatch.
Good but they often forget the sauce
Pretty hit or miss. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes to get your order, sometimes it takes nearly an hour. Normally the sandwiches/pastries are pretty good, but I have had a few terrible ones this semester.
Me and my girlfriend went and we both ordered the Turkey bacon avocado, but instead we both got a avocado blt. I also ordered a green chilies bagel and they gave me a 3 cheese instead, even though they had plenty chili bagels great of the order was fine...
Pro tip. Six cheese double toasted with butter. Large Carmel macchiato.Good cookies. Good wraps.
Good service and tasty food.
I love the Nova Lox, and Carrie (I think I remember her name correctly) is one of the nicest workers at the place. She always knows my name and has good conversations with me.
They are amazing and nice people who work here. I would give five stars but a few times the coffee was made different than my order. Still amazing!

They're fast and friendly, whether you are grabbing a latte or a lunch. They have some nice seating if you don't want to take it very far. The line gets long between classes but moves fast.
Nicest people ever! They dropped my bagel while making it and then they made me a new one, and then I dropped the bagel grabbing it and they made me a new one! They're too nice!
Service is super nice. The bagels are good, the blueberry muffins are divine.
I've been coming here for as long as I've gone to MST, and as always the food is delicious, but not super healthy and is a little overpriced. But nonetheless delicious.
The bagels are usually good, but the last 2 times I went I had a horrible time. They usually cake the cream cheese on, as it should be, and toast my bagel and then then put the cream cheese on. The last time I went, they only put a little bit of cream cheese on it, so I had to walk all the way across campus to get the proper amount on. When I got over there no one would help me, making me just stand there with a cream cheese-less bagel. I went again today and asked for my normal toasted bagel, like I had bought from there 3 times a week the past 3 weeks, and they put the cream cheese on it and THEN toasted it. The bagel wasn’t even toasted but the cream cheese was nasty and warm. I thought the first time was just a mistake, but I see now they’re probably angry I asked for more cream cheese when they didn’t put the proper amount on. I will not be going back.
