I love El maguey but why take the changing tables out of your bathrooms with the remodel.. I know not everyone has kids but today my options where change my daughters dirty diaper in my car or at the table for the courtesy Of others eating I chose my car but I was very sad to see that another restaurant has decided to remove changing tables

We have been eating here for almost 30 years. Epic memories of raising our kids and celebrating many family milestones. We highly recommend the tamales, Tequilla shots and chips & cheese. Pablo & all staff treat you like family. It’s a must try & you’ll want to come back soon.

This is the one. There are other Mexican restaurants in Rolla but you're better off just going here. Excellent fast service, excellent food, and they are great with handling my dietary needs (vegetarian quesadilla with no cheese, no sour cream) and get it right every time.
