“The roast beef is always amazing and warm! I'd nitpick on the fries, every time I have been there it's a hit or miss on getting fresh fries. Majority of the time mine get cold before eating and a lot of the curly fries are over cooked. The Jamocha shake could use an update, it tastes more like vanilla with a hint of chocolate and very little coffee taste.“

“Card reader in stall 8 said it accepted my tap pay, screen showed paid by card. When the car hop arrived (quickly) with my order which was correct and hot/cold as appropriate they said the card readers are “owned by corporate and they refuse to come fix them”. They went back in and confirmed the order payment status, it was in fact not paid. I checked my card and it had not processed, so I paid (again, though only got charged once).

So this is me, reminding the powers that be that the customer experience would be five stars if they could fix the smallest step in the customer journey at the time of accepting payment.“

“I pulled up close to closing time with a mobile order, I picked up my cheesy fries and cookie but when I opened the fries the cheese was watery (which isn't normal, usually the cheesy fries are very good) and spilled on me. They saw me struggling and though they were closed they opened the window to ask if I was okay, once I told them what happened and it wasn't a big deal they offered to make me another fry & cookie. So the service was awesome considering it continued on after closing!“

“This is a very busy McDonald's especially during lunch hour, so I understand a lil mix-up, I always go in to order just so I can catch a mix-up b4 I leave to drive about 30 miles home. This one day we had a mix-up and Corey so was so kind and polite, he fixed the problem.“

“On the college campus, so it's a bit hard to find. Recent road construction makes it especially difficult to park. BUT the chicken here is another level above other chicken sandwiches! The new hot honey pimento cheese sandwich is addictive!

“It’s been a year since I had Subway, and the Forum location did NOT disappoint. Not only did they make my sandwich super quick, but also made it exactly how I asked. The staff was incredible, definitely some real sigmas there. Awesome experience for not having been there in a year.“

“seriously, this place lets drugged out teenage kids loiter on their property, yelling obesity's at people's family's, and letting them make threats to a disabled man his wife and pregnant daughter, you would think that the manager on duty would have taken appropriate action especially since the kids were going behind the counter to the back of the store, people cant even enjoy a meal with their families or friends because of the chaos the management on duty lets that kind of things go on, the older gentleman tried to let the manager that came outside how inappropriate letting a bunch of teenage kids that are clearly on something making threats to him and his entire family, the manager on duty told them that it wasn't her problem, not to mention the dinning area was a dirty mess,no tables clean and seemed like the only person working was the young, considerate,respectful girl that was working at the register, by herself, while there seemed to be 3 or 4 people in the back area, smoking or vaping whatever people do these days, as for my family we will not return there again until the place is under control of management that will do their jobs instead of saying theirs nothing she can do, when it was definitely apparent that all the trouble makers were either some ojf her employees or family members, very sad“
