Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This place is horrible.
I ordered the circled burger below. They forgot my cheese I went back and they remade it three times, with American and Cheddar, with no topping etc… I’m not a Karen. We are traveling and all I wanted was a burger, made correctly. She literally took my phone back there, had my sticker, & my receipt… I waited for close to an hour and they handed me THIS!!! WHY IS MY BURGER ON TOAST!?!?!! Figured they had it right since it took a decade- my bad for not checking. I got back to our hotel and like just about crashed out 😭😆 burger making isn’t rocket science…

It was busy today, but that’s bound to happen during a opening for a new fast food restaurant. I give extra points to the staff for the food recommendations, considering this was my first time and I had no idea what they had. Wait time took about 15 minutes AT MOST, and the staff were super sweet and all had smiles on their faces, except for the angry female manager who kept yelling instead of helping staff during the rush. Besides that, the food was really good and the customer service outperformed, this is definitely going in my fast food rotation!

Took 45 minutes to get through the drive-through. Burgers where great, Words can’t describe how gross my tots are. Kinda sad right now. That’s just plain not caring what you serve….

My boyfriend and I went today and it wasn’t as good as we thought. The fries were good, but the burgers we got tasted weird. Made my boyfriend and I’s stomachs hurt afterwards, wouldn’t really recommend. -although, the workers were amazing and very kind and sweet.

Drive thru took some time to get through but the food was great! Got a spicy chicken sandwich and a prime rib burger, along with their fries.

This was my first and last visit to this chain! We waited over 40 minutes for food to be ready. It was cold and my son's burger wasn't fully cooked but had burned onions on it when we were finally called to the counter! The staff were rude and couldn't answer questions about the menu! Plus, it was $10.98 for 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and no sides. Restrooms were horrible and toilets were NOT adult friendly! Definitely NOT a decent place!

Did not realize it was the Grand opening evening when we visited. I cannot say enough about the food, service, cleanliness, and the timeliness of our order even though they were packed, including the drive through. Our burgers were perfect, seasoned so nicely, great flavor, the fries were the thin ones we enjoy. Obviously, the training the employees received was top notch. We will definitely be back quite often.

Stopped by Freddy’s in Rolla on their first day open, and I was genuinely impressed. The service was exceptional, especially considering it was opening day. The employees were doing a great job, friendly, attentive, and clearly working hard to keep things running smoothly despite the rush.

The young man at the drive thru had a positive attitude and made the experience enjoyable. You could tell the team was well-prepared and taking pride in what they were doing. If this is how they operate on day one, Rolla is in for a great addition.
