This is the second time in a year that my group has been told we couldn’t be served due to “fake IDs,” even though all of us are of legal age. The first time, I actually had to call the Rolla police to get my real ID back at 26 years old because the app Hoppers uses on their phones to scan IDs gave a false reading. The same issue happened again last night, my friend had to show two additional forms of ID to prove he was of age after his valid driver’s license didn’t scan properly. It’s frustrating that their system repeatedly flags legitimate, state-issued IDs. Hoppers really needs to invest in a more reliable scanner so they don’t keep turning away legal, paying customers.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! 💯 We stopped in for a quick lunch... it was 40 minutes before our order was put in. 1hr 20 minutes the food arrived. Restaurant was only 50% full with a zero wait time and zero lines! sliders we're literally the size of a mc nugget! With about 4 oz of fries! And meh to the taste! Our drinks ran dry (finished a pitcher) which takes me an hour + and trying to get them refilled was virtually impossible! Our waitress was kind ! It was over 2 hrs spent and wasted! Also Unacceptable! before we paid. And come to find out they do the most un-American thing! Force shared tips!!! Then we went to waffle house to finish lunch! Lol

Let's start this off with, our server Paige was nice, NOW, it took over 35 minutes to get a refill on my water, my husband drank all of his pitcher and waited 25 minutes, we had been seated for 47 minutes before our food came out and to make it better I had to hunt down our server at the bar to even place our order, no fault of our server due to poor management of course, then the chicken sliders was just two sliders with ine small strip cut in half, definitely not worth the $14, when White Castle burgers are bigger theres a problem, Once I spoke with the server I found out that they are short staffed and NO manager on site, poor management and ownership to let 2 girls do it themselves, then I find out they tip share WHAT THE HELL REALLY!!!???

Hopper's Pub has that small town charm you love to see in a local watering hole. Not only do they provide jobs to local students, but they also provide a spotlight for local artists every week. Most importantly, they're clean and have great food if you're ever peckish. Whenever you go, Hoppers has more than enough to make it your destination for a night out.

Within the hour and a half I waited from ordering to receiving my food I watched at least 5 families leave this restaurant because of the waiting period. If you come here be ready to wait over an hour after placing your order, the service is HORRIBLE!!!

Stopped in to Hoppers while in town for a conference at the university....went 3 days in a row. Fun atmosphere and Paige was a great tender and super nice. The beer cards are awesome! Will be back when I'm in Rolla next year.
