Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. To begin, we waited over 20 minutes for our food to come out because evidently the online portal doesn’t communicate with the store? Would’ve been nice to know calling was mandatory instead of optional, as it’s optional pretty much everywhere else you go for a curbside order. Then, they forgot my gravy for the chicken fried steak. My boyfriend went inside to grab some & upon walking in, he saw a large group of employees sitting at a table talking, one of which being the manager, and not a single one greeted him. They looked at him and continued talking, making him wait several minutes for another employee to come assist him, then he watched the line cook put the gravy into the container and then throw the container into the bag upside down, leaking gravy into the bag and making my boyfriend have to flip it over so it didn’t spill further. The cheese in his omelette wasn’t even melted and 90% of our food was cold.

The last 2 times we came to eat, they said no booths were available. Half the restaurant was empty. Then, she said the waitress was going to take a break, and that's why we needed to wait for a booth. All while 2 other employees just stood there doing absolutely nothing. Needles to say we left. Never had a restaurant be half empty, and they wouldn't seat you, all while 2 people up front were doing nothing.

Came in for Steak Tips and eggs. Came with my father (70 years old).
They were out of Steak Tips. I ordered the T-bone. Steak Was very thin and over cooked, and somehow still pale. Server seemed to really want to be somewhere else. The greeter was lost and useless.
This is sad, because, I've always been an IHOP fan, but never again at this location.
No reason to waste money eating here. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Update: The manager was good enough to cover the meal. I still dont think I will give them another chance.

It was slow when we got there. Only 3 tables had customers. The food was hot, no complaints. Took a long time to get more water, maybe they ran out of clean glasses as she took my glass instead of bringing a pitcher.

You should be able to taste your food without tasting your waitresses perfume. Never let serveres bathe in perfume prior to work. My hubbies nose dripped through the whole meal from an allergic reaction. We were forced to leave before he finished eating.

Was probably the worst experience I’ve ever paid for stopped with my kids me and my son split appetizer sampler and the chicken tasted like it had been cooked in old grease my daughter did enjoy her food but we couldn’t enjoy ours then when the waitress brought our check I asked for a lid for my daughters fruit cup and waited ten minutes before just going to pay while the waitress was socializing finally she saw and said o yeah your lid absolutely won’t visit this location again

1 hour to get drinks another to get cold food, place wasn't even full no one had food at any table for over a half hour. Wiped table with a rag from the floor. It was disgusting and I'll never return

My family came for breakfast 12/23 and our waitress was coughing the entire time we interacted. She got our entire family sick for Christmas, on top of the parking being terrible, the food came out cold, and it was almost $70 for 4 people to eat. Wouldn’t recommend.

Service was fine but food was not. First off my sons order was wrong. He had to wait so long for them to remake his order we all were done with are lunches. Waiter said he would give him a discount but did not. My meal Cali Turkey sandwich with Broccoli as a side was nasty. That bread was abnormal tasting to me. Others at the table tasted it and said it's the bread. Yuck. Broccoli was a joke. Gave me less than a one year old child would eat. My aunt had nice amount on her plate. This was Christmas day. So next year we will wait one day more to go visit my aunt so we have better choices for places to eat.

I had an online order and I was a good amount of food I was impressed by that they got everything right but I was discussed by the avocado that was on my omelette it was brown and definitely went bad and after spending money to get it put on i was not happy

Came in on a Sunday afternoon, restaurant was almost empty. Was seated promptly by one person, ordered drinks with a different person; 3 waters 2 coffees. Water and creamer was dropped off reasonably quickly, 15 minutes go by and still no coffee or food order taken. 3 separate different staff members were asked for coffee. Coffee was delivered with the food, both of which served cold. Water glasses were offered to be refilled after the table had finished eating. Have ordered door dash a couple times from this location with similar results. Food ordered is consistently ice cold, items missing, and late
