Ihop Rolla mo. As soon as we started to our table the waitress had a conversation with the hostess across the room full of customers that she should of been addressed in private. Then 2 of our orders were wrong. I use to love IHOP but the last 2 times have been a disappointment. That was the worst Pancake I've ever had there. The Blueberry topping was so runny it just saturated the Pancake and that was after they brought us more topping because the amount we started with barely even covered the middle of the Pancake and it was ice cold. The hashbrowns were supposed to have cheese but was forgotten so I am pretty sure they tossed it in the microwave . It was all pretty gross. For the money you spend now days to go out to eat you should at least have something with quality. I know pancakes aren't the healthy option I do not eat them very often at all but I sure would of liked to enjoy it when I do. I've worked in food service and management my whole life . I understand that sometimes things get messed up and everyone has bad days but people work hard for their money and diserve good service.

Poor service (not at fault of our new waitress). Spent X amount of time waiting for our food just to be told they weren’t able to make the pancake of the month(Apr 15). To then change my order to then wait X amount of time and decided to just pay and leave. We finished essentially all our other food. Maybe it’s an entirely new staff? I’m just confused since the entire building was pretty much empty and it still took 10 years and a Sunday to receive our food.

Sever keeley was awesome the food was great. Everyone was very nice.
The food was extremely overpriced. Had to send food back for not being cooked correctly. The waitress stood around talking to other customers, not paying attention to customer needs. Portions were small. Won't be coming back.

We came in and were told that someone would be with us shortly to seat us. Okay, no big deal. Three more people over the next few minutes tell us the same thing. No biggie, restaurants get busy, I get it. Meanwhile, the manager I'm guessing is walking around with a coffee in her hand. She finally decided to seat us. When getting to the table, she proceeded to tell at our poor waitress from across the room because the table had not in fact been cleaned as the waitress had thought.Okay, so we get past that. Great! The waitress is really nice, poor girl. We order our food. Not too long of a wait for a sit down place, but my food is cold. Not luke warm, cold. I just ate it and smiled through it, because I would've hated to say anything and have the poor girl yelled at again. When we were leaving, the same manager lady from the beginning of our meal was standing around messing with her purse, while everyone else was running around like mad. Overall, the experience was not good.

Great place to eat. We enjoyed it. It has been about 4 years since we have eaten at an IHOP, so quite surprised at how high prices have increased.
