My fiancé and I were traveling through over the weekend and stopped by to try it out and the parking lot was so difficult to get in to if you aren’t paying attention when leaving the round about then you will miss your turn, the food is a different story it was ok not anything special but why over priced for it being just a sandwich shop, the employees where just plan rude I over heard some of them talking behind my fiancé back say how gross and ugly my fiancé looked basically calling them trash. Then there’s the cleanliness of the store basically being non-existent. Almost all of the tables were dirty, the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in a week, and the back of house was covered in food. Though the food was alright, it’s not worth the price, rude staff, and disgusting store. If you want to try a jersey mikes sub DO NOT eat here! Worst experience we’ve had from a Jersey Mikes.

Giving 4 stars because of a service issue. I assume that what happened to me isn't the norm, but I am leaving it in a review so management knows about it.
The workers made me the wrong sandwich. They did fix the issue by making me a new sandwich. But the restaurant was very busy and they served the long line of people before remaking my sandwich. My wife was long done eating before my sandwich was done.
We arrived at the restaurant at 8:03. We received our order at 8:13. I immediately notified them of the error. And we did not receive the corrected sandwich until 8:34.

I have never had a sub made so fresh, the best tasting or cheapest, hands down better than subway or Jimmy John's.

8/10 update: the two guys working the late shift did a great job tonight. They were very busy but handled everything well and we're extremely friendly and positive. Hats off to you two guys!!! Original review: The best cheesesteaks I've had since the little "Philadelphia sandwich shop" in Eldon, mo closed. That's still the best Philly sandwich I've ever had (& I've had Philly cheese steaks in Philly multiple times) but these taste ALMOST the same as that little shop in that little town... The regular and chicken big kahuna are both out of this world fantastic. I do ask to add mayo on mine... Have eaten at the Rolla store twice now and both times they were fantastic and delicious. About $10 per sandwich is the cost but it's a very delicious meal...
