The food was great but the lady in the drive thru was very rude all I was doing was checking to make sure they put the straw and mayo packets in my bag and she VERY rudely said EVERYTHING IS IN THERE!I couldn't believe it.I go there alot too and that's the first and will be the last time one of their employees speak to me like that.I will be talking to Management soon!!

Pretty good but watch out for tip demand!
The food was pretty good. They ingredients were of decent quality. And they were pretty quick about fixing the sandwiches.
I downgraded it because their work is not tip able yet their payment process demands a tip. If you don't want to leave one, you have to enter zero. They should not be asking.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered 1 sandwich at 11:09 am, at 11:50 called and asked where it is at and I got some lame excuses but was told it was on the way. At noon I called and canceled because my lunch HOUR was over. I am only 1.5 miles from store. Should change Mott to freaky slow delivery. 0/0 do not recommend if ordering on a lunch break or have a limited amount of time to eat. Edit finally arrived at 12:10 pm and gave sandwich for free but now I don't have time to eat it.

I highly dont suggest walking in here to get an order. I went in to get a sandwich for my daughter and there was only one other person there. When the employee that helped take my order with another lady handed me the wrong order to be then delivered to the school. When I called back they made it a blame game issue, refused to deliver the sandwich and got a manager that offered to split it. last time I go in there.

Unless your going through the drive through or ordering on line or calling in.. walking in is a bad option for this place. I walked in, 2nd in line, no hello or be right with you....zero Acknowledgements. Very poor customer service. Meanwhile guy at the sandwich building table is talking the ear off the kid next to him. I saw a total of 7 employees but no one wants to acknowledge the people with wallet in hand at the register. On girl did look and quickly looked away. The food is good but not good enough to stand 2nd in line and totally be ignored. No...im not going call or email when you reach out to me. Fix your issues and maybe I'll be back. Takes but a second to say Hello, be right with you.

Who ever made the sandwich to 1047 kings highway in rolla on 09/04/2024 is the best sandwich artist I have ever seen alot of love went into this sandwich it is clean not sloppy you can tell they took the extra care

I’m sure if you go into the store and watch them make your sandwich they’ll make it right, but if you order online I don’t recommend paying for add ons because they never add them. I prefer the bread at jimmy johns but I’ll be buying my sandwiches from subway from now on as at least I’ll get the adjustments I pay for.

I ordered through Doordash. when my food arrived there were slugs in the bag and a tiny spider. i will never order from here again and it's best you don't order from here either.
