How long do you wait for a fast food order?
5 minutes?
10 minutes?
15 minutes?
20 minutes?
25 minutes?

I waited over 30 minutes.
I placed an online order and went there in 5 minutes. The store was nearly empty. And I told them I placed an online order. Someone asked for my name and looked at the order and said they will be working on it.

Sure.
Then I sat there waiting. People walked in placing orders. They got their food. I was still sitting for a sandwich. Another person asked for my name and said “sorry, we’ll be working on it”. 10 minutes later, everyone who had walked in, had received their food. Some were done and were already gone.

A lady said “sorry, I’m working on your order”. 10 minutes later, a staff asked for my name again!!!! They had no clue where the order is and who is working on it.

So I walked away. After 30 minutes and paying 40 dollars for nothing.

Called at 10:26 pm after the website kicked my order back without explanation. The gal that answered the call informed me that they didn't have a driver (for the rest of the evening).

Paid over 5 dollars for a 5 inch sandwich. It was a slim or a jr john. It was not very good- turkey tasred strange and my stomach was upset all afternoon, and why is it so expensive for a sandwich here?

Delicious! I absolutely love the lettuce wrap option. I also appreciated that they took a specialty order. The food was delicious and the drive-thru worker was extremely patient, speedy, and friendly.

Bought a sandwich and noticed it tasted off. I thought maybe it was me at first. But a half hour later I was so sick. Would have went to er if I could have.

Do not go there they had a worker touching the dough to bread with a cut on her finger with no gloves on. I asked if that was a cut on her finger? she said yes i told her she needs gloves she proceeds to say it will kill anything when u put in oven.

I went to the Rolla location today and was in the drive thru. Guy took my rewards number then my debit card then closed the windows and was gone. I saw another young lady set my sandwich by the window, and there it sat for 15 minutes. I wanted to knock on the window. I was pretty upset I had to wait that long when I saw it was ready. If someone had came through the drive thru after me this wouldn't have happened I get. I felt very undervalued as a customer.

Got the new toasted sandwich. Mentioned that I have alpha-gal and requested my sandwich be away from beef or pork. Everyone was very accommodating without feeling like they were annoyed, they changed gloves and set up at a different spot across the kitchen to prepare my sandwich. Food was great! I recommend the toasted chicken with cheddar cheese, lettuce and pickles.

ADD-ON REVIEW 4/11/25: I changed my 5 stars to 4 because I ate here again and noticed 4 out of the 5 employees were on their phone. Another came out of the bathroom messing with his zipper, it was unknown if he washed his hands or not. HOWEVER, he put on his gloves and while they were on, he messed with his pants under his apron for a minute, toucher his hat, face and then proceeded to handle food with the same gloves.

Customer service was still good and food tasted great.

The food was great but
the lady in the drive thru was very rude all I was doing was checking
to make sure they put the straw and mayo packets in my bag and she VERY rudely said EVERYTHING IS IN THERE!I couldn't believe it.I go there alot too and that's the first and will be the last time one of their employees speak to me like that.I will be talking to Management soon!!

Pretty good but watch out for tip demand!

The food was pretty good. They ingredients were of decent quality. And they were pretty quick about fixing the sandwiches.

I downgraded it because their work is not tip able yet their payment process demands a tip. If you don't want to leave one, you have to enter zero. They should not be asking.
