Took my family to this KFC in Rolla and had a great experience. The food was fresh and the best chicken I have had going out to a restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was amazing. The service was top notch! Will definitely be returning to this location. Would definitely recommend this KFC in Rolla to everyone!

Went here for lunch and got chicken tenders and fries. Typically easy things to make- but something was definitely off about them. Not even an hour later I had food poisoning. I should have took the hint when there wasn’t a soul in the parking lot at lunch time.

Drove an hour to this place only to be disappointed, waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order, the older lady that did take my order was nothing but rude didn’t ask if it was for here or to go, original or crispy, anything they’re supposed to ask, staff was continuously vaping behind the counter and while handling my food, when I recieved my food my chicken was dry as the Sahara desert. I’m so disappointed in this kfc. And the management said she felt bullied by the staff and that she wasn’t authorized to give a refund
My dumbass did it again, ordered against better judgement just to get home to find no mashed potatoes or gravy or the sauce they asked me if I wanted. Thanks for the reminder guys!!!

I’ve tried so many times over the past 6 months or so to give this KFC a chance but the food is so consistently bad when I go there. I usually get a chicken sandwich, and the about 60-70% of the time it is very clear the sandwich has been sitting out for a long time, the chicken is soggy and the bread is hard as a rock from sitting out too long. Avoid this place.
