This food is absolutely horrible. It taste spoiled. I didn’t receive any napkins forks or any utensils to eat with the chicken is very old the mashed potatoes and gravy taste like it has been sitting for hours. It’s starting to spoil the coleslaw was about the best thing I am thinking about getting a hold of the health department to take a look at this place.

Food is mid at best, if there was a Popeyes in this town no one would ever eat here guaranteed. But the worst part are the tweakers that work here that some how always have an attitude. Either hire real employees or just shut down, cuz idk how it is for everyone else but I haven’t been thru the drive thru once without catching some lip from some junkie that doesn’t wanna be there at all

Had a mobile order, they missed one of my 2 items I ordered, went back and went inside and stood at the counter several minuets before being acknowledged I was even there (Both drive thru person and manager on the line looked at me several times), then the drive thru person asked if I was waiting to order and I explained I just got my drive thru order was half way home and noticed they missed my 2nd item, she fixed it right away with a slight attitude and not even an apology, was glad I got it to go as their service sucked and the inside was disgusting with dirty tables and floors. (Seems to be a common issue there).

I wanted to make a report in reference to the Rolla, Mo KFC restaurant. This evening I was set to pickup my order at 5:45pm, I was unable to go inside to pickup so I waited in the drive thru. I ordered a Family Meal Deal for $25 which included a 6pc orginal recipe bucket, 6pc tenders with 2 mashed potatos with gravy. When it was time to pickup my order, the kid with long blond hair swinging his hair around not giving a crap who wasn't personable at all who was at the window stated "they didn't have orginal recipe chicken anymore and they wasn't going to make it bc they had oil shut off and they are having a employee Christmas Party so they are closing at 6pm and all they had was crispy chicken but the tenders are there" After I had a extended wait I had another wait for crispy chicken. I am not complaining about a Christmas party bc I get it, but I thought it was rude to say they wasnt going to make something bc along with me and other customers in the drive thru line what else didn't they not make? Its what we paid for and nothing should have been shut off till 6pm Christmas Party or not you have food down to make as ordered. I've worked in restaurants so I get it. I don't come to KFC often but tonight I was doing my grocery pickup with my baby and this restaurant is in the parking lot with Walmart so I was trying to find something good and fast to take home to my family. When I got home the chicken looked awful, over cooked and too crispy. Food just thrown in bag with a mix of sauces I didnt order, I paid the .25 for the 3 I asked for and never got. I have pictures of the chicken. Total waste of money and time. Also that guy with long hair needed a poney tail or a hair net. It was gross. I have made a complaint to corporate.

Every one was very friendly, but they seemed a little crazy, because it was a little busy. Just checked your order before you leave. I was short mashed potatoes, gravy and 8 biscuits. I was in a position, running back for them was not an option. CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!

Ordered a 16 piece chicken but got one bucket with 8 piece my sister tried to let them know we was missing the rest of the order they refused to fix it saying we much have ate the chicken already but it really wasn't more than five minutes manager told us she counted and put all 16 pieces in a small bucket we got very disappointed the vibe was really off and uncomfortable didn't seem like they want to do there job huffing and puffing but it's all good won't be eating there anymore bathroom also dirty and dinning room floor needed to be sweeped

Went through drive through and we order 2 famous bowls and we pulled up to get them well guy who checked us out rang them up wrong sweet assistant manger fixed it refunded it needs a raise lol and well got to driving back home and the bowls have no gravy on them famous bowls mash potatos and gravy there no gravy never had issue with this kfc till now. Assistant manger was sweet and kind and fixed it right away.

I have seen some nasty places but I gotta say that was the nastiest restaurant I ever been in. Restrooms beyond disgusting took my breath away. Chicken nuggets looked homemade I have photos of the nuggets should have gotten some of the filth. Not 1 I mean not 1 table was clean floors black I could literally see the filth. Employees wore only 1 glove if any. And they all except 1 lady looked like they haven't showered or changed clothes in months. Jus unacceptable.

The food was good but we stood at the counter for a while waiting to order. The help was less than approachable. And the static was horrible and was turned up so loud we had to yell to hear each other.
seriously, this place lets drugged out teenage kids loiter on their property, yelling obesity's at people's family's, and letting them make threats to a disabled man his wife and pregnant daughter, you would think that the manager on duty would have taken appropriate action especially since the kids were going behind the counter to the back of the store, people cant even enjoy a meal with their families or friends because of the chaos the management on duty lets that kind of things go on, the older gentleman tried to let the manager that came outside how inappropriate letting a bunch of teenage kids that are clearly on something making threats to him and his entire family, the manager on duty told them that it wasn't her problem, not to mention the dinning area was a dirty mess,no tables clean and seemed like the only person working was the young, considerate,respectful girl that was working at the register, by herself, while there seemed to be 3 or 4 people in the back area, smoking or vaping whatever people do these days, as for my family we will not return there again until the place is under control of management that will do their jobs instead of saying theirs nothing she can do, when it was definitely apparent that all the trouble makers were either some ojf her employees or family members, very sad
