This is not a review of their food but the new AI drive through.

I used to get 3-4 meals a month from them. The food is good quality for fried chicken. You don’t feel bad like other fast foods. It’s more of restaurant quality than fast food. So the food is fine and tastes really well.

But since the new AI drive through system, I haven’t been going there. It keeps getting my order wrong. It might be my voice, accent,… anyway, it’s deterring me. I hadn’t been there for 2 months. And tried it again and got the wrong food again.

So now I only limiting myself to when I am actually willing to walk in and order.

I’m pretty sure not many people have this issue. But I do.

The staff is friendly and the food priced right for a fast, easy place to stop. Also, a helpful stop if you are jonesing for a nice sweet tea as they sell a gallon jug to take on the road with you. We'd never been to a Lee's (we don't have them in our area), but it made our list to try while we're in town since my 5 year old is on a quest to find her favorite mac and cheese during our stay in Rolla. This was not the winner for her in that department, but she enjoyed sharing a chicken strip lunch special with me. If you like lots of options for sides, they got your back.

I'm not sure if they're always like this, or if we just unfortunately went at a bad time. The chicken was soggy and cold, and the potato wedges tasted as if they had been warmed up in a microwave. It was all just very disappointing for what we had paid for our meals.
After ordering, the staff stood behind the front counter and started play fighting and arguing/cursing rather loudly.
It was an all around one star experience. I can't recommend based off this visit.

You can’t beat the lunch special. $6.50 for several choices and a lot of food. They appear to have A.I taking your order. Was a first and a little weird. And then the person you pay doesn’t seem to want to be working. No greeting, no smile. Maybe a case of the Monday’s. But the A.I seemed happy to help. Would come back for the food, not the service.

Parking: Lots of parking. Drive through can back up if you’re coming from the side street.

Stopped by this restaurant after a long drive coming into Missouri to visit family, we purchased a large meal for 10 of us, I went online and tried to use my coupon and they were having trouble so I called the restaurant to let them know and they told me not to worry about it to come on in and they would honor it, mind you it was only a couple dollars off coupon, when I got to the restaurant and it was time to check out I pulled the coupon up on my phone and the manager working (Samantha) declined to allow me to use my coupon, when I asked her why it wouldn't work she just walked off and refused to answer when my sister asked her if she was going to help us she still continued to ignore us when my sister asked her one more time excuse me ma'am she looked right at my sister and said what do you want me to do I can't do anything about it and walked off and then insisted to act like we weren't standing there to pay, it was so rude and so unprofessional the sad thing is we have a huge family and we have always loved the food there we will not be eating there if that manager is there and I honestly believe she should not be in a manager's position if that's how they're going to treat customers and then on top of it they forgot a small part of our order I didn't even bother to call up there and say anything after the interaction that we had with the lady and just left it alone
