Anna was our server and could not have been nicer. Recommended Kansas Strip pepper encrusted it was delicious. Wife got Sirloin and shrimp and loved it. Best mac and cheese I have ever had. Steaks cooked exactly as ordered. All at reasonable prices.

This LongHorn Steakhouse has been one of the best additions to the area. I’ve been coming here since they opened, and while there were a few times when the food quality slipped, the new management has really turned things around. My last four visits have been excellen, the food and service have both been outstanding. Great job to the new management and team!

The food was excellent, the service was slow, but I think it was an extremely busy night. College football game, and a 60 year reunion going on. Still the appetizer and salads could have come sooner than 30 minutes. Our party was very happy with the meals we ordered.

Had supper here on 10.7.2025 and was served by Jeanie. She was Spectacular and the Kansas City Strip Steak meal was Delicious! Highly recommend this location to anyone traveling through Rolla, Missouri.

Cook needs to learn how to cook a steak! Well done doesn't have any pink or red in it. Medium rare is red but no blood. Also needs to back off the salt. Way to much salt on the steaks and potatoes. Also had to wait for them to clean a booth and there where at least 6 clean and open booths that I saw.

First time visiting, we will definitely be back. We were greeted at the door and was seated right away. Our server was Brandon, he was amazing!! I ordered a Ribeye, cooked medium and it was cooked to perfection! Everything was so good, SO GOOD!! Ask for Brandon if you come.

Excellent meal on a busy Saturday night. I had grilled chicken, mashed potaties and asparagus. We had fried onion forca starter and it was good too.The aparagus was a bit tough but the chicken and potatoes were excellent. The service was first class in sprite of the packed house.
I've been here multiple times, on some nights I have the best experience I can get from a chain steak house, but recently my orders have come back wrong, ordered porterhouse and got t-bobe, and the food was sitting long enough to get cold. Inwould still recommend this place over any other chain restaurant in town.

Awesome place. It's just pricey $85 for me/wife/& daughter. Texas road house is cheaper and food is just as good. Long horn has a better date night vibe though. If Texas road house comes to town long horn and Colton's will be out of business for sure.
