We order from door dash but we order qurder ponder and fish filet sandwich two large fries and one coke one dr pepper the drinks had no ice in them and the cups wer not all the full of soda and all the food was really cold and fries looked old two

It’s a standard McDonald’s experience. Food is ok, employees were professional and did their job well. The TVs in the lobby were playing Fox News, and it would be much better for everyone if they were playing sports or a TV show instead of right-wing propaganda.

Asked and paid for sauses had to go back in because they weren’t put in bag and the drive thru girl was snarky and had an attitude when it was her fault for not doing her job. Had asked for fries cooked to order and received old overcooked ones and my burger had been sitting a long time hard and very dry!!! Super disappointing I’m sure if it was y’all’s dinner you would have liked fresh food and good service. This establishment needs to do better

Ordered a 10 piece with a medium coke, 4 snack wraps and a medium caramel frappe, got to the window to pay, they charged us for the wrong order after we confirmed with the worker twice what our meal was. Got to the second window and they tried handing us the wrong order, they charged us for food we didn’t order. We were told to pull to the side and they’ll send someone out. They sent someone(not a manager) out and we tried explaining to them what we had like 3 times and so they brought out our food and they still had our order wrong, I ordered a 10 piece and got a 6 piece. They asked if we wanted a refund for the food we didn’t get and we said no because it was basically the same price so that wasn’t an issue, it wasn’t even that busy there.

A play place is advertised. We passed a member of McDonald's to get to a play place. There is no play place. Kids are devastated. Also, don't bother ordering sauces because they don't make it into the order.

Cockroaches!!!!!! Was going in to eat a little dinner went pee first glad I did. Cockroaches didn't even run away from humans so they've been there for awhile untreated.
