Elainey was wonderful. We were driving Cincinnati to Tulsa and looking for a place to have my birthday dinner. Took our chances here and it was well worth it. The grouper special in particular was excellent. And a great menu of mocktails!

We visited there and had a pretty mixed experience. We started with the tuna tartare appetizer, which was decent, a little on the spicy side but generally okay. However, the main courses were disappointing. The salmon dish, priced at $27, was very small and lacked basic seasoning like salt and pepper. We also ordered a beef filet (listed as 6 oz) that surprisingly had no price on the menu. When the bill arrived, it turned out to be an overpriced $46 for a very small portion. Overall, the dishes were under-seasoned, and the pricing didn’t match the portions or quality.

A couple years ago, I got some amazing delicious food there, and I was passing through again, and I wanted to take my husband, the menu still looks so fantastic. But it was so so loud in there, with one woman scream, laughing, at the Echo was really bad, so if you and or your husband are slightly hearing impaired, that place would drive you out of your mind. Hopefully not all the customers scream laugh.

NaCl + H₂O is one of my daughter’s favorite spots for seafood locally, and its a perfect date night spot. I especially love their salmon it’s always perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The whole vibe of the restaurant leans a little more high-end, but still feels relaxed and welcoming. Great food, great service, and a go-to for a quality seafood fix in Rolla!

Easily one of the best places in Rolla to eat delicious meal. From the appetizers to the entrees - all the food was top tier. The service was also on another level for how busy they were; we were consistency checked in on and taken care of. The steak I got was perfectly cooked. The seafood pasta my mother got looked amazing and the Scallops were perfectly cooked, so tender. Finally, their dessert, the cheesecake, so worth it - rich and delicious.
I do recommend calling ahead to grab a reservation as they are busy and while the wait time for us was 0m, it seemed like we got lucky. Many of the tables were taken due to reservations so please do call ahead.
If you're visiting Rolla, I do recommend stopping by here for dinner. Quality and service unmatched for the area.
I was told that i could get a table in 10-15 minutes and 30 minutes later here i stand tableless as i helplessly watch countless others get seated before me. Absolutely furious at this complete level of disrespect shown towards me when all i wanted was a burger😡😡😡
