If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My family frequently stops through Rolla for a midway sit-down and absolutely everything about this location is embarrassing. Not a table or booth was wiped down, customer service was irritated to no end that we were ordering anything on the menu as they were out of all bagels and lettuce at 4:30pm. When asked if they could make one of the bagel sandwiches with normal bread, further attitude came from the young college boy who was clearly in a bad mood. The entire time we sat inside to finish what we could order, the same staff member stomped around, slammed dirty dishes at the drop off spots customers are asked to place their used plates and silverware. And when I took my 5 year old to the restroom before we got back on the road, their bathrooms were worse than the nastiest gas station. Quite literally NEVER going back to this spot for ANYTHING.

Just got food from the drive through because I’m starving, get down the road, IT IS ICE COLD! How hard is it to warm that up after waiting in the drive thru window 8-10 minutes? Workers were too busy playing around than working. Very frustrating.
This is the second time in a row I’ve driven through Rolla and they lost my order. I waited over an hour today and they still didn’t remake my order. Financial scam
Every time I order a sip club drink it takes over 20 minutes to just pick it up in the drive thru. I always have a bad experience with this panera. Don’t order starry it has zero drink syrup, tastes like carbonated water. Highly recommend avoiding this panera unless you want to pay overly high prices for awful customer and service and food/drink quality.

The Barista was very polite and friendly. My cappuccino was nice and hot and made correctly. Downfall, I'm not sure they clean very well. EVERY single crumb catcher of the booths were disgusting. With trash, old food and dirt. The amount of trash and dirt behind the coffee station in the dining area was gross. Just wiping down the top of the tables is not enough.
Also, it was so cold in there. It's snowing outside.....feels like you didn't even have the heat on

For the love of God, why is my order almost always wrong. Wrong bread, I order sausage and I received bacon, order a breakfast sandwich with egg and there's no egg. The amount of food and money waisted is insane to me. Out of 10 times ordering, I've probably only had a correct order twice. Half the time it's delivery. When I call, I'm told they have a GM change and things will get better and yet my food is continuously incorrect.

This is literally the worst Panera I've ever been to. The service is awful. They are always out of everything! Staff is lazy. I don't live in Rolla but I come to visit family. And I normally love the Panera in my town. But if I had never been to Panera before and came to this one I would NEVER come back again!!!!!

Play too many games give you the ring around. It's crazy how they say they're looking for workers but choose other candidates but the hire manager Daniel say people stay quitting and finding other jobs I wonder why. They only pay $13.50 not good. I'm used to making 15 to 17 even 18 a hour . thank God I never got the job find better people
I have seen morgues with more life. Unless you are closing down there's no excuse for this sad state of a restaurant

I can remember a time when you’d come to Panera and the staff would be friendly, knowledgeable, and well kept. Sadly those days are gone for the Rolla location, went in this evening (12/10/24) and started to order food only to the the person behind the register keep telling us they’re out of things (then the “cook” corrected her about being out of French Onion soup), finally we got our order and sat down. While I watched the employees prepare my food one of them kept playing with their hair and headset without changing gloves and the other wore a sleeveless Tshirt while reaching over open bins of food…..gross
The store is under some kind of renovation, but when I asked an employee what was going on I got a blank stare and “ummm I don’t know, I don’t pay attention to what’s going on here”………(dear manager counting down the register, you should pay closer attention how your employees represent your store, they made you look incompetent)
The unkept younger gentleman sleeping in a booth was a great touch to round off the lobby full of tables that were filthy…oh did I mention the feces smeared on the wall in the ladies restroom….pure class
Overall I’d recommend Mcallisters or go to the grocery store, because this location is disgusting and the employees couldn’t actually care any less about the presentation of the store let alone themselves.

I ordered tomato soup and grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was cold. The bread was not toasted. I had no spoon to eat my soup. The soup was hot and tasted good. The other sandwich had a sauce I asked to be put on the side in case it wasn't good and had mayo added to the sandwich. I had both sauces on the sandwich. It's not a cheap meal so I was really disappointed.

I’ve been here twice this week, and both times my order was messed up. Not only that, but the management is incredibly rude when asking for a replacement or refund. Will not be coming back to this location.
