They shop out half their deliveries to the terrible, unvetted service that is DoorDash, which constantly results in missing drinks and such. Pizza used to be a good delivery alternative to, but it's starting not to be.

I orded a gluten free pizza with no cheese, my fault i didnt check before getting home but saw once home there was cheese no big deal... accidents happen. I called up and explained the dilemma and the girl told me I ordered cheese and id have to remake it. Well the sticker on the side of the box does not include cheese nor does my receipt from the order it shows gluten free toppings and every other topping I asked for except cheese... I apologize I used a few choice words. I spend 30 dollars on a pizza and was very careful to unclick the cheese when I ordered and was told I was a liar.

Went to pick up our 2 pizzas. I should have checked them before leaving but I didn't. Got home 1 was right, 1 was wrong. The label on the box was correct as it should have been bacon and pineapple. It ended up being bacon and pepperoni. I didnt call and address it because honestly I didnt want a replacement. We hadn't eaten a chain pizza in years, but that night we gave it a shot as our bank was giving cash back on the purchase so figured we'd try. Probably not anymore, or at least for a long time.

my boyfriend and i order papa john’s and get it delivered to his dorm frequently. every time so far we’ve had a great experience and the food has been delicious and arrived promptly. but my desire to leave a review is thanks to laura, the wonderful woman who delivers our pizza most times. she is cheery, kind, and has remained positive even through some of the worst conditions to be delivering pizza in. we ordered a pizza for delivery about 30-40 minutes before a tornado was coming through rolla, and we fully expected not to see it arrive when it happened.
despite all odds, laura gave us a call during the tornado warning to let us know our pizza was outside😭 we rushed out to meet her and she was positive, sincere, very funny, and just overall incredible. we look back on our experience with her often, because it left such a lasting impression on us! and we are happy to come out and greet her anytime she drops our food off. shoutout to laura :)

Called to place an order for delivery, a third party call center answered, said it “sounded like a prank call” and hung up. Ended up talking to 4 employees before we were told that this was not in the delivery zone. Really unprofessional and everyone was rude on the phone.

Better ingredients better pizza. As far as chain pizza stores goes its exactly what you would expect. You will get papa johns in all its glory. Its not as good as a few of the local pizza joints but it sure isn't bad at all. Still relatively pricey compared to the other chain pizzas but definitely cheaper by a bit than the local scene.

Delivery pizza had minimal toppings- far less than a frozen grocery store pizza. Overall the pizza had no flavor at all. Huge disappointment. Will not order from this place again!
Pizza had minimal toppings - mostly dough. And overall it had no flavor at all! A frozen grocery store pizza would have been better. I felt hugely disappointed and totally ripped off.

I haven't ordered from Papa John's Pizza in several years, mostly because my kids prefer Dominos Pizza. Unknowingly, my pizza was delivered by Door Dash. Not only did the driver forget my 2 L Coke, but the pizza was not in any type of warning bag, and it was cold. I don't ever remember Papa John's being this awful. I'm 100% sticking to just ordering from Dominos where I get my full order and my pizza is delivered hot.

We made an order tonight. They did not get the order right and when we tried to call to get it fixed they decided to let us stay on hold for over 20 minutes until they closed. That is childish. We weren't trying to order a new pizza, just wanted our actual pizza that was ordered.
