Started off good we got there just right before 5pm today (6-15-25 father's day) the place was packed we was looking for a table and a staff member stopped us (we had 6 of our 7 kids with us so we're a fairly large group) and told us just to give him a second he was bussing an 8 top we could have! Awesome! We get to the table and wait for the waitress to finish up the table is wet, no big deal I grab a couple of paper towels to dry where we're gunna set the baby and the receipt so it doesn't get wet, the waitress gets irritated tells me not to do that that she'll wipe it I tried to explain that spot had already been wiped and I just don't want the receipt to get wet., she wiped it then grabbed paper towels and dried it and said there now you can sit it down the second I set it down she snatched it up and left. Everyone starts getting food and the waitress brought the drinks while we were getting food she shorted us a drink no biggy were a big table it's understandable! No hard feelings! We were never once asked if we'd like baked potatoes at any point, and we'd been seated for over 10 minutes and had to ask for silverware 3 times before receiving it. 45 min later she comes to the table for the first time to take dirty plates never asks if we need refills there are 3 empty drinks at this point. When she takes dishes she takes one of the kids forks. 15 min later everyone starts getting desert and she finally asks if we need refills, (simple order everyone either got water or Dr pepper) we say yes tell her 1 water 2 Dr peppers, 5 min later she comes back with 2 water, no biggy she leaves and comes back with 3 Dr peppers and just leaves all the extras on the table and says "well I just leave an extra couple in case looks like you need extra water." well ok then! We ask 3 separate times for a replacement fork which we never received I ended up just giving up my fork and getting a spoon from the dessert bar. Then the food happened this is the 3rd time in a row I've ate there spread out over almost 2 years that I've got a piece of plastic in my food (I have a picture) last time I got the manager and notified them they said sorry grabbed it and walked away so I didn't see a point in grabbing a manager this time. So we're all standing up getting ready to leave right around 6:30 I was fixing to grab my check book to leave a tip (even tho service wasn't great) the waitress walks to the end of the table slams the rag on the table so hard it shook all the glasses and got everyone's attention in that seating area with a scowl on her face, slaps her leg as hard as she can rolls her eyes and turns (like she's throwing a 2 year old temper tantrum) and says " thanks have a good evening" in a to good for you F U tone and that was the breaking point I didn't not leave a tip between her crappy attitude and finding multiple pieces of plastic in my food every time I eat there I don't believe I'll go back the waitress spent most of her time by the soda machines eating instead of doing her job every time I looked over there (I try to stay vigilant with so many kids) she was eating 4 times I looked that way. Not to mention we watched kitchen staff scoop up dropped food and put it back in the containers on the buffet. And never once did we see a member of kitchen staff with a hair net on. I would recommend getting some things in order for the health inspector and get a new waitress because the waitress alone made me never want to com back even if I hadn't seen all the other stuff just saying.

This was my first time here, and I have to admit, I was a little confused at first—I didn't realize you had to walk to the back to pay since there wasn't any signage directing you there. Fortunately, it wasn't a major inconvenience, and the prices felt fair. We were invited to sit wherever we liked, so we chose a table, only to later find that it had been reserved without any clear indication. That moment was a bit awkward, but moving to a new spot was easy. Overall, the food was pleasantly good, and I truly appreciated the military discount they offer.

Got stuck there with tornado warnings. Power went out. Crazy night! My granddaughter was so scared!! The nice employee, Sherry, prayed with us!! Thank you Sherry!! You're amazing!! God bless you!! Oh, the food was great!! Clean restaurant. Our server was nice, friendly.

Although we were super confused on the buffet steak situation, we did like the food. We were here during a tornado warning as we had travels with our children from fort Leonard wood and did not feel safe trying to get home. Service was great throughout the warning, even though the building lost power. All the employees made sure to check on everyone while we were there. I absolutely loved that. Thank you all!
Was expecting Sirloin on the buffet but after paying for the buffet, found out that steak is a separate purchase item. The name and web description should be a little more in truth with what is actually being received.
