Delicious and such a cute lil shop!
Over the moon about the dairy-free option that is literally the best ice cream I’ve had in years (vanilla oat). I’m a little selfish to say I was disappointed you had no alternative milks so it could be made into a shake - I was really looking forward to a dairy-free Oreo shake! Please consider adding an alternative milk to have on hand for mixing with this delicious ice cream. However, even if you don’t, I WILL be back for that vanilla oat!!! Kinda tasted like sea salt caramel (my favorite). 😍🍦
loved this place I had the peaches and cream and it was great for a hot summers day
Again I found myself traveling through the middle of everywhere, Rolla Missouri, and I was absolutely honored to be able to return to my home away from home, Soda and Scoops. Unfortunately words can not fully express just how magical this ice cream is but I feel called to give it my best shot, and that is why I am blessed to be able to tell you about what i believe to be the 8th wonder of the world, Soda and Scoops in Rolla Missouri. When reading the description for the peanut butter cookie dough ice cream (which is to die for) it said scrumptious. This is a tragic understatement. Scrumptious does not even begin to describe how amazing this ice cream was. From the creamy smooth texture, to the flavors that made my mouth water and left me begging for more, it was nothing short of Heaven on Earth. If you ever ever find yourself in Rolla, which you most definitely will, you absolutely must stop at this magical little ice cream shop that i am proud to call my home.
The food was great but the young ladies one’s name was Mikayla and the other not so sure. They stated “I hate this job” while multiple customers were in there. Also complained about having to make two shakes. They overall had very bad attitudes and cad customer service.
A neat little ice cream place! Homemade waffle cones, great variety of flavors, and very nostalgic on the inside! Definitely give this place a visit.
Great Ice Cream
This is a really nice ice cream parlor that will take you back in time. They serve 24 varieties of ice cream plus many sundaes and shakes created with these options. My wife and I were traveling through and were very glad we found it. The place was very clean and the decor gave the appearance of an old fashioned ice cream parlor. We'll definitely return when we're nearby.
Cheapest candy I've seen since I was a little girl, at 15¢ a piece. Awesome customer service.

I’ve never been to an ice cream establishment where if you get two different flavors, you have to get double the scoops at a higher price or else if you only want to pay the normal price for double scoop it has to be one flavor.
Not only that, but the employee couldn't even show me where that was annotated on the menu...it wasn't listed anywhere. He just said that's what he was told.
So my daughter only wanted two scoops, two different flavors (the blue and orange sherbet). She ended up getting one flavor because double the scoop on each flavor would have been too much ice cream for her.

I love the old school ice cream parlor vibe that this place has. Walking in is like going back in time and it has all the retro candy and menu items to match.
