The service was the worst service I've had in a long time, we spent over $100 for my family to have a meal and when we told them we where missing things they argued with us and treated us like criminals and we still didn't get everything we ordered, if I'm gonna spend a ton of money at least give me what I ordered........ Won't be going to the Rolla location anytime soon

Went through drive thru, cashier acted like she didn't want to be there. They changed their menu. Out of habit I ordered the number one and got the double smasher since they changed the menu. Burger was greasy, way to much seasoning and onions. 2 pickles and I squirt of what ever sauce they used. Very disgusting, I couldn't eat it. I do like the crinkle fries and groovy sauce.

I ordered a bacon double cheese burger and fries. There was one crumbled up slice of bacon on the burger and the fries were mostly short pieces and less than fresh.
The food was great but even better was the quick and pleasant service! Unfortunately we had a battery issue and Celeste saw us struggling and asked to help. It is rare that people are so eager to help especially when busy working. On top of that a friendly customer ended up fixing our issue. Shout out to Rolla Sonic and locals! You saved our family road trip!

It's always a good experience. Fast friendly service. Order on the app, pull in, and check in. Food is always hot and just the way I ordered. It's more of a hangout for the kids now. Always packed in the evening time. Food is still great, just harder to park

I don't understand how I can pull up and press the buttom and get my stuff after someone that pulled in after I did no very happy had to wait 25 mins for too shakes
