Waited 30 minutes for a mobil order lemonade, 25 minutes past the pick up time. People that were in the drive thru and came in store had come and gone the whole time I was waiting. Come to find out they needed to make more lemonade but didn't until I had already waited 20 minutes and the girl supposed to be making it was talking to someone in the back. So after it was made and I still didn't have my drink I went and stood at the counter waiting for someone to approach me and waited another 5 minutes and the lady was rude when I told her how long I'd waited. They weren't even busy and there were 3 people working. By the time I got the drink they didn't even offer me a refund so I called corporate and complained and they refunded me. 30 minutes for a mobil order lemonade! They are always running behind, even when the place isnt busy. I understand if they are understaffed sometimes but its all the time and the employee turnover rate is high. As much money as I spend there every week I shouldn't be met with attitude after waiting 30 minutes for a drink I had already paid for while the drive thru and store were completely empty!

Rolled up at 6:58 to order a drink maybe 6:59 PM, the lady at the window said sorry, we are closed, as they were serving someone their drinks in the window. My husband asked what time they close, they said 7 o’clock, he said it’s now 659, so we still have a minute left. She said not on her clock, at seven the system shuts down. Mind you, we had both of our cell phones and our car clock all saying 659. Her name is Natalie, she said she was the shift supervisor. I go there multiple times a day, and spend a lot of money there, never again. Shouldn’t be going in the first place after they canceled Christmas and promoted pedophiles. That’s the nail in the coffin.
It's a starbucks, so of course the atmosphere and coffee(food) were great! But it was the staff that made it special! They were all so happy and nice!

The first issue was that my husband ordered coffee but they said they would “have to brew more.” They are STARBUCKS. This should have been my first clue. We also ordered a pink drink and 2 coffee frappes. We waited for our 3 drinks for nearly 30 minutes and no one was in the store. There were three workers, and they all acted like they were clueless. Note to self: DO NOT STOP AT ROLLA STARBUCKS

Wonderful service and a wonderful start to my day thanks to your lovely barista Mia! I was having such a terrible morning until I was met with her amazing attitude and service. She is just the sweetest. I came in to get my usual and she was working her tail end off to make sure everyone was getting their orders as quickly as possible and it showed with how quickly my order came out! I could tell it was a stressful and busy day already but she was doing it all with a big smile on her face! She is an angel!!! The atmosphere in the store was wonderful and my order was perfect as usual thanks to her! She told me to have an amazing day. Every starbucks needs a Mia!!
