Rolled up at 6:58 to order a drink maybe 6:59 PM, the lady at the window said sorry, we are closed, as they were serving someone their drinks in the window. My husband asked what time they close, they said 7 o’clock, he said it’s now 659, so we still have a minute left. She said not on her clock, at seven the system shuts down. Mind you, we had both of our cell phones and our car clock all saying 659. Her name is Natalie, she said she was the shift supervisor. I go there multiple times a day, and spend a lot of money there, never again. Shouldn’t be going in the first place after they canceled Christmas and promoted pedophiles. That’s the nail in the coffin.
Drinks are always good, but I can’t seem to get through the drive through in less than 20 minutes even when I place an order on the app. Took me 35 minutes today.

Long drive needed to stay awake and had a gift card. Gentleman that took my order seemed to want to hurry me through ordering just to wait for about 10 minutes.

The baristas were not friendly. No one said hello just what do you want today and very unfriendly. You would think with how slow they are they would be nicer.

I went through the drive thru and got TWO drinks. i waited in line for a good 10 minutes and then i pull up to the window and watch this worker (his name was Devon) take his sweet time making our two drinks and he just moseys around the place whilst the other worker (I did not catch his name) was working as hard as he could. When he handed us our drinks (after 5 five minutes of watching him do nothing) he even forgot my dome lid, which I specifically asked for, and all he said was “my bad”. Overall, my experience here is pretty bad. I love the drinks, but the employees and their efforts were not good enough. Do not be like Devon.

My pistachio latte was delicious. I, along with several other customers, waited quite a while for our orders. This was around 7:45pm

Was told 15-20 minute wait in the drive-thru? Wait, What?!! Think they were trying to get us to say forget it and leave. There was no one in the parking lot and only a couple of vehicles in the drive-thru.

It seems like every time I visit town, this location is just randomly closed. If it’s magically not closed, order ahead is always “unavailable” so you have to wait foreverrrrrr in line because it’s so slow. Panera is a waste of time, just go to 7 Brew (or Giddy Goat!!!!)

This is a good Starbucks location. If you haven’t tried it, I recommend trying the Cranberry Bliss Bar, it’s only offered during the holidays, but it’s one of their best snacks.

On Nov 4th 12:15pm. After a long drive from Kansas city, we wanted to stop for a coffee. Starbucks always gives quick and easy service and greets you with a smile. We decided to walk in since we had been driving and wanted to stretch our legs and there was a line at the drive-thru. We went straight to the counter, there was no line. The Baristas did not acknowledge us, there were two behind the counter processing orders. We stood there for 5 minutes looking around, waiting for somebody to come over and take our order. Nothing. More people walked in and stood in line behind us, still no acknowledgement. Then when we decided to leave because we were tired of waiting. As we walked out the door a Barista started taking orders. The two Baristas behind the counter were the most unhappy and disgruntled looking emplyees. They obviously are not happy with their jobs there. Management should take note.
