Quite rude service. They told me my reward was not usable since they had issues scanning it. They also got my order completely wrong. Went to another location and used my rewards just fine

Okay environment. Lots of noise and socializing... that's not bad. But the staff should probably only be socializing on a minimum during working hours.
Very slow service at this location. When we went they were still fairly new and didn't know what most of their products were. Standing is awkward when the lines get backed up. They also don't accept Starbucks gift cards. We were told it's because they're not corporate Starbucks.
They always had fast service and the location was great. But it recently closed(probably due to there being another Starbucks just up the road).
Love dairy free products!
