A new setup in Stake and Shake. Place your orders via a kisok, pay via a kisok, asked to tip via a kisok then go sit down and wait for your name to be called so you can go to the counter and pick up your food. Cold and impersonal atmosphere. Terrible customer service what little there was. For the first time in 40 years of enjoying Stake and Shake the food was terrible tasting swill. Farewell Stake and Shake.

Terrible customer service. Went through the drive thru and the people taking my order were rushing me through my order and when I paid the girl was very rude, snatched my payment and shoved my drink out the window without a word. I won't return to this location.

I love Steak & Shake but will never eat here again! The customer service is horrible. Many employees just standing around talking or on their phones. I needed to assistance with something and had to wait for the employees to stop talking horribly about a customer in the dining room. On the positive note, the restroom was clean and the food was decent.

Some of the worst customer service we've had. Went through to get a quick meal. Ordered, pulled forward (2 cars in front of us), waited over 30 min for them to let one car even pay. Alas we finally get to the window and the lady was rude. Plain rude. 😢

the girl taking my order made me feel bad for even ordering food and was very very rusty and rude. by far the worst customer service i’ve experienced at a fast food restaurant in a very long time. the girl that handed me my food scratched her junk before she handed me my food. definitely will not be coming to a steak and shake again for a very long time. oh and the shake machine was down at the place with shake in its name

This particular location is a good Steak n Shake restaurant. They serve some of the best milkshakes ever. The restrooms were extremely clean. The business itself has updated to mobile ordering so no more menus or servers, just a kiosk & it feels awkwardly quiet dining in now. That wasn’t this locations fault, I think it’s the business operation remodel as a whole that makes the experience feel weird now.

5 employees standing at the counter on their cell phones, yet their are no menus or servers to wait on you. You have to order at a kiosk by the cash register, pick up your food at the counter, & fix your own drinks. No wonder there are only 2 other customers in the restaurant at 12:25 on a Sunday afternoon. We used to enjoy taking the kids to Steak ‘n Shake when it was a diner. Now, it’s just another fast food place.

Feels so good to drive a 16 hour car ride to get to the one place you were craving the entire time for them to completely ruin my food. Thank you for wasting my time and making me not want to be a customer anymore. IF SOMEONE HAS A GLUTEN ALLERGY THAT MEANS THEY CANNOT HAVE BREAD FLOUR WHEAT RYE OR BARLEY SO WHY THE HELL DID YOU TAKE THE CHEESE OFF OF MY BURGERS?! RETRAIN YOUR STAFF CLEARLY THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Not as good as it used to be, food is subpar, service is a joke, they spend too much time talking an bullshitting, ordering from a computer is a joke bo one to answer any questions on the meals, ordered meals with burger, fries an drunk didn't get the fries with one meal never returning was very disappointed

So, the shakes aren't served in glasses anymore due to the end of table service. There are no cashiers able to help you at ordering kiosks, which take a while to navigate, so plan ahead on ordering on the app. This experience is nothing short of a fast food restaurant with an added wait for your food to be cooked. Oh, and you bus your own tables now, yet the kiosks still ask if you'd like to add a tip. A once-mighty brand has been brought to its knees. At least the food is still tasty.
