This location has had some majors ups and downs lately on quality and more then once now ive gotten the wrong things on my order when using the drive through.

I went back to try this place again and 20 minutes for the pathetic attempt at a sandwich they gave me literally made me angry. Never again

Worst subway for service. They never have enough staff to handle inside, the drive through, and online orders. Every time I order online ahead, I still have to wait in line just to find out they didn’t even know they had an online order. Then wait while they make it in front of me anyways. Happens every time to me. Today I noticed there was no line inside, so I decided to go inside to take advantage of the 6.99 deal, just to be told I had to order online and wait for it to come through. No thank you. Not going through all that mess again. If you can’t handle online orders don’t take them.

I cannot give this subway zero reviews, the subway on Kings Highway has the most rudest worker ever in the world. Her manager completely ignored her rudeness her lack of anything you could think of to the human race. If she doesn’t like doing her job, she shouldn’t be working there . We walked in patiently we order our sandwiches say we’re gonna get three combos get all the way to the end in the process she doesn’t follow the directions that I ask. She doesn’t do what I ask. I literally was a tuna, fish and mustard with some cheese we’re gonna make it three combo meals, she proceeds to bring us up for three sandwiches separate three drinks separate three chips separate total order was $50 . Even in Missouri, where it is expensive, it should not have came to $50 if she had ring it up properly I ask her why is $50 for three combos it should be more than 35 - 40 tops. She proceeds to look at the register look at me and say I don’t know. Manager comes over just as rude. I believe she was the manager. I don’t even know can you tell me why so she starts reading for seven dollars for chips seven dollars for sandwiches and I’m like it’s supposed to be a combo meal where it all comes in one price does not not 7777 I will never go to Subway ever again the absolute worst subway and if I could give them zero stars, I would.

I order two sandwiches online on Halloween. I waited plenty of time for my sandwiches, because I assumed they were busy. I picked up my order, got home and realized that my sandwiches were made very poorly. Lacking toppings and meat on both of my sandwiches. I tried to eat my sandwich, and it just wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered the most amount of spinach that you can on the app, and I received hardly any. I only got 4 cucumber slices on a footlong sandwich. I also had barely any sauce. I didn’t order light anything. My other sandwich, for my husband, lacked meat and mayo. He ate his, but was displeased. I couldn’t eat my sandwich the way it was, so I returned to the store. I was just wanting my sandwich remade, because of it being a holiday I understand mistakes happen, things get overlooked. The manger who helped me, Ross, was so kind and very quickly solved my issue. Not only did Ross remake my sandwich, but he gave me a refund for both of my orders. He represents great customer service, exemplary character, and was very kind throughout the whole process. The sandwich that he remade was absolutely perfect as well. Thank you again, for correcting this mistake. I am very grateful.

Walked in, clearly heard door notification, waited and no one came forward. Walk over to look in back, saw employee going through her purse collecting change…..another employee went up to her and was on her phone. A third employee came and waited on me. I was there when this happened to another customer about 10 minutes later. She spoke up ā€œ Hello?ā€ The third employee came out and served customer, when clearly the 1st employee was my view on her phone…….And they Actually ASK FOR A TIP??

I go to subway 5/6 week in Cuba just moved to Rolla and the one on kings Highway the girl with tattoos acted like I was bothering her to make me a single sandwich and basically threw my change with no thank u come again just turned and walked off to go chat with her girlfriend. Won’t ever go to that location again

Staff was rude, acted like they had better things to do. Neither scoop of meat wasfull. So I didn't get 2 scoops of meat on my 6 inch. I got 2 half scoops of chicken salad. So I guess 2 half scoops equals 1 full scoop. I said those aren't full scoops, there's hardly any chicken on that 6 inches of bread. " Yes they are". Next she flung my sandwich down to her coworker for her coworker to put on vegetables. Never offered me cheese, never offered me a toasted sandwich. I said I'd like cheese. "That'll cost you extra". Hmmm okay cheese didn't cost me extra last week. "Well that'll cost you extra". I said nevermind and left. You know what i use to average eating at subway once a week. But from now on I will get my subway fix somewhere else. There's a Jimmy Johns and a Jersey Mike's. There are also plenty of other subways around in neighboring towns where that might actually appreciate my business. Definitely not going back to the one on kingshighway in Rolla, Mo. I mean when a sandwich costs between 8and 10 bucks you need to be putting two FULL SCOOPS of meat.

When I went, it was just me and 2 other people in front of me. I was just there to pick up an online order. They didnt even get to me or the guys by the time I waited and that was almost 20 minutes. Then more people started to come in. At least 4 people walked out because the worker was just goofy off with her other coworker and not paying attention to us.

I have given it three chance I’m not one to complain because I work in food service as well but when I pay 10 dollars for a sandwich I exspect to get it right every time I have only gotten at least on this right all the toping wrong sometine even the wrong meat train your employees properly please.
