The taco bell in waynesville is ran so well and smoothly the food

I always stop here when I’m driving across the state. The young lady at the register was great, said I made a great choice with my burrito. Taking one star off because the men’s bathroom didn’t have soap, but the food was delicious. I will keep stopping by here!

They short me on food pretty frequently which is frustrating after it happening so many times, I stopped going. Along with only putting a tiny amount of gauc and for having to pay more I would at least like a full little sauce container like the one on 72 does. Thanks for reading!

Check your food religiously. They do not care about getting anything correct. Spent 43$ to get an entirely wrong order that wasn’t discovered until I got home 25 minutes away and they say they can’t do anything about it.

My daughter and I was driving to Taco Bell and got her a chicken quesadilla and something else that she ordered. After she ate it, she became sick , having diarrhea and abdominal pain. She got food poisoning from the food that she ordered because it was first meal of the day and had nothing else beside Taco Bell. This is awful.

Both people at the window were rude and they forgot multiple items in my order and when we went back through to tell them that they forgot some of our food they said that theres no possible way they missed that much food and that they wont remake it and basically called us liars to our faces. We told them at the drive through that they missed some of our food and they took the order there but told us no when we got to the window. We didn’t get our boxes and they just shoved everything into a bag. While talking to the lady at the drive through the person who fid our order the first time was standing behind her looking guilty the whole time.

I have to give credit where credit is due, given that I have given a negative review last time. The young lady that took my order was enthusiastic and helpful. She recommended I get chipotle sauce on my crunchy chicken burrito. THIS BURRITO WAS SO GOOD! She also complimented my tattoo.

It says they're open till 4:00 I try to go through the drive-thru they close at 2:00 they need to change the hours on the app

I'm so tired of ordering my burritos without that jalapeno cream, it gives me heartburn, and biting into my food to ONLY TASTE THE DAMN STUFF I SPECIFICALLY ORDERED WITHOUT
Multiple times, I can't even enjoy my food because of this bullshit.
I asked for the nacho Belle grande, chips on the side.
They basically put all my topping on the side. In a too small container, spilt on the bottom of my bag.
Horrible service...food was stale and cold. I had a bad experience about 1 year ago and thought I'd give another try thinking it couldn't be worse.....man was i wrong. Hwy 72 taco bell should not be in business. What a joke.

When you've waited years for a seven layer burrito but they don't bother to get guacamole or tell you that they don't have guacamole in either is store in the city. What a bunch of bullshit. Thanks for making me waste my gas not once but twice
