Both of the taco bells in Rolla Missouri are a joke. Idk even know why they ask you what you wantđ€Ł

Drive through line is longer than the parking lot, not their fault. The fact they left out the Cinnabons ($7 before tax) and told me I have to get back in line to get them is unnerving. Love getting to bring home cold food because of youâre employeeâs failure to double check they got everything in the bag.

They need to hire more reliable people. Always giving excuses when I come about how they donât have the staff.

I'll keep making Google accounts and giving you 1 stars until the night manager gets fired or you answer the phone. I have a quick question

Ordered food for pickup scheduled well in advance, food was NOT made fresh to order. Food was old and stale when I got home, complete waste of my money. I also found out they substituted things in my order and refused to notify me when I picked it up. I had to call to find out what was going on. I was told they were out of sauces, which is ridiculous. Will not be going here again, will also be writing the town business bureau, definitely not what expected.

I have been countlessly disappointed by the service here. We have had straws thrown at us through the drive through as a âjokeâ, multiple incorrect order, our food was given to us in a Wendyâs bag and itâs everything mixed up at the bottom, and we were just now sent to the back of the drive through line after waiting because âour food wasnât readyâ. The only reason we come here is because itâs close to our house, but the service is so bad we have decided to use the one across town.

My friend ordered from here last night. Within an hour of eating, he got severe food poisoning. It was so bad, he could barely walk. Not ok.
This Taco Bell is too inconsistent. You shouldnât have to roll the dice and either get a decent meal or a hospital bill. We will not be back.

12/22/24- I ordered two things late morning via the drive-through, a large diet mountain dew and a bean burrito with sour cream and black beans added. I was the only person in the drive through. The diet mountain dew was correct, but the burrito had none of the added ingredients for which I was charged (making the price of the burrito double). I realized the order was wrong 5 miles down the road. It tasted fine, but it was not what I ordered or charged for. There are many other places in Rolla to patronize that get it right. Good Luck!

I went here at around 3 a.m. one night and the drive-thru service was still pretty good.

Don't work here. According to my friend who was in the middle of a 12 hour shift, he was targeted for multiple things and was even accused of being "high on the job" after working him to the point of exhaustion. Eat there if you want but keep in mind that the workplace is potentially toxic.
I'm so displeased our taco bell decided it wasn't doing breakfast anymore. It was literally the only thing I was willing to eat from here.
Don't take away food options, you greedy pigs.

Always drama, to the point of being a hostile work environment. Just had a guy threaten a managers kids (to be fair, said manager screwed that guys kid, just, handle your BS outside of work people) and management would rather sweep things under the rug, which is a consistent sort of response here. Oh, that guy has been fired for threatening people before, also, but that's not enough for them.
Fraternization typically ends with one party punished and one party rewarded, which is blatant sexism at best.
The district-level management was removed from the other store in Rolla, for obvious reasons, as that store still exhibits most of the bad behaviours that they began under her time there, such as "running out" of carbonation for days on end, and closing early, whenever they just don't want to work. Somehow, that person is now at a higher level, and seems determined to run multiple stores into the ground in a similar manner.
Got fired for "social media policy", but everything I can find legally says that doesn't get to apply to safety issues or health issues, and this is an unsafe work environment. Debating on going after them for retaliatory firing, but I also don't care to work there anymore, so we'll see. Their excuse as to why it's totally NOT retaliation was "but we DID fire that guy"...yeah, after bringing them back, and them getting written up by 2 different shift leads within 3 days for continuing to act in a threatening manner. Exactly the unsafe environment I called them out for creating. Fired them AFTER my posts on Glassdoor and an official forum for the city of Rolla, which don't really qualify as social media in the first place, anyways.
Save your time, apply elsewhere.
