I ordered one potato bowl online and came 20 minutes later and I still had to wait another 10 just for my bowl when four other people were in the lobby and they barely had any people.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Taco Bell on Hwy 72 Rolla, Mo. They ran my card for payment but noticed right away that I gave them the wrong card, but I ended up paying cash. I was assured that the card charge would not go through, but unfortunately, it did.
When I called the first time, the person spoke with was kind and told me they would look into it and get back to me. Days went by no update. When I called again, the girl who answered was extremely rude. She told me they don't handle these issues over the phone and then said she was going to hang up on me instead of leading to who I need to contact.
This has been very frustrating and disappointing--not only because of the double charge, but also the lack of professionalism and customer service.

I went in to get some food and heard this blonde haired manager (an employee said her name was Tanya) being very rude to her employees. You think she’d be more encouraging to your team members. Decided to just go ahead and leave people need to learn how to be more respectful to their employees before they regret it.

Ordered online 15 mimutes ahead of time, so i figured id given the workers plenty of time to put my luxe box order together. Got there at the pickup time, not earlier, and was standing waiting. I finally asked one of the workers what the deal was after about 10 minutes of waiting and they said there was a mess up on the app, because i was supposed to get a bean burrito but it wasnt showing on their end. 10 more minutes pass and i see the worker making my bean burrito literally as slow as possible. Not sure she could have made it any slower. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting got my food. Food was decent enough, kinda thrown in the box but was warm at least. Overall, pretty poor service.

I'm really tired of stores not caring about delivery orders. I waited 20 minutes for my order, all the while drive through and walk in orders after mine are being completed first. 63 location isn't any better. A few weeks ago they took 30 minutes to get to me and then said their friers were down for the only item I was picking up. Talking to managers doesn't do anything, so hopefully a store owner can see this.
Does not have staffing to make it worth going to. I’ve had to wait 45 minutes the last two times I’ve come here. This time someone stole my food after 30 minutes and I had to wait for it to be remade.

Zero stars because this place has shitty service waited 30 mins for a online order after I left my house 10 mins after paying for it even like this is absolutely rediculous corporate needs to do something ASAP
Waited for three minutes. Not even an acknowledgement from the crew. So I walked out. If I see the crew clearly doesn't care to even so much as give me a "we'll be with you as soon as possible." I'm not going to wait ten minutes just to order.
