We got dinner here this evening ordered through website and picked up around 7:30 pm if I wouldn’t have been so dang hungry I would have threw that mess in the trash I had two tiny dried up pieces of chicken on my cantina chicken burrito and the chalupa shell was hard and cold I couldn’t believe how bad this food was. Horrible and shame on you guys serving food like that.

Service was incredibly slow! This location is ridiculously slow and have no desire to move quickly.
If I have to wait on myself I won't be back!!!! You only get 1 star because it was the only way I could make this review

There is a 417 # that does not ring to the store.
Every time we order through Doordash food is always missing so what's the purpose of ordering for delivery when we have to drive to the store to get our missing food? Also the doordash driver waited over 25+ mins to make 8 items. Ridiculous.

Worst Taco bell ever..ordered on the app beforehand. When I pulled in, the drive thru line was long so I went inside. The girl told me they couldn't serve me inside and I had to go through the drive thru. I then sat in line for over an hour trying to get my food I prepaid for. I tried canceling on the app and kept getting an error. I will never be back. I'm not understanding why they move so slow at night. Hire more workers or shut this location down. The 63 location would neverrrrrrrr. I'd give zero stars if I could.
I'll start this review with saying, every time I think about going to TB, I question whether or not I will regret it later.
So if I don't come back and update this review, just know that Peptobismo was enough to justify my choice in consuming TB once again.

Probably one of the best Taco Bell meals I have had in years. Great job team, you should be an example to the rest of locations.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes, sat at the order box for another 10, girl charged me the same price as a Gordita crunch for a double stack with a dorito shell, sat at the window for another 5 minutes, she hands me a bag that’s not even my food. Do better.

dont go here, 7 out of 10 orders have missed items and I decided to try to compare with the store on 63 and everything 63 store sells is proportioned as advertised, but the chincy crap you get at the 72 store is not the franchised product you expect but a mini version. after 10 tries there since its conveniently close to my work I will drive the extra 3 miles to go to the other one.edit:: it’s gotten way worse.

I wouldn't give even 1 star if it would let me post without it! We stood at the counter waiting for over 10 minutes and the employees kept looking at us but never came to wait on us. There was 1 person in the dining area and 2 cars in the drive thru so they weren't busy, just RUDE. Apparently they don't need our money so we will not be back!

Went through the drive-thru, but the wait was a bit much. I know it was upwards of 20 mins. They seemed to be short staffed. Also the parking lot and drive-thru was not very well thought out. People couldn't get out of the parking scape because of how the drive-thru lane is. They really need to rethink the layout. It was very hectic.
