Last night when i went in there about 10 pm, i had this waitress and she was okay to begin with, when i ordered my hash browns a certain way she popped an attitude talking to my friend about it and when he got his coffee in a bigger cup she was being rude about how he wanted a bigger cup. We are paying customers there’s no reason why this waitress has to be rude about it and talk with an attitude towards us! This waitress should think how she talks to paying customers because that is very disrespectful how she talked to us. I would not suggest this waitress ever again no one should be treated with disrespect when we’re just trying to have a nice dinner.

My son and stopped here on 12/05/2025 before going our Christmas shopping spree. Sonya took care of us and she is nothing short of an angel. She was very attentive, professional, and we felt right at home! The food was perfect and as always Waffle House does not disappoint. Would love this place more if there was more tables so u didn't feel u had to make busy of ur food and get out of the place so others that are standing and starring at you can have a meal.. our waitress was awesome!

We sat for 15 minutes with no service which would have been fine except it took forever to even get acknowledged, no silverware no drinks, nothing. The waitress said we were next and she'd be with us in a minute, and can you continue to take other parties before us. We only come into rolla about once a month to shopping but it's Denny's, from now on for us.
