We stopped in town for a girls night. EVERYTHING we had was AMAZING!!!! We split all the food so we could try more, we had smoked wings, a salad with ranch, brisket sandwich, red skin and bacon potato salad. I would say if I had to pick a favorite it would be the wings!If all the locals didn’t tell us how great it was we would have passed it right up because of the name… it was way more BBQ than it was Irish, I feel like they need to change that! But we live an hour from here...
Really great BBQ and sides. Ribs and brisket are outstanding. Fire roasted apple, bacon potato salad, smoked beans are all really good. Save room for strawberry-rhubarb pie, seriously! The place is truly an old joint, which makes it even more fun and interesting. Not for sissies.
The BEST burger. Yesterday was our first time at Clancy's but won't be last. Fries were good too, most places don't have good fries anymore. They have the coldest beer. We talked with the owner and his granddaughter plus other waitress's and they are the nicest people. Can't wait to go back.
