Amerisports Bar & Grill

Ordered a meal. Was delivered something that didn't look like what we ordered. When we asked the waitress if this was the meal, she replied "yep" and walked away. As we ate I continued to question the meal so I looked up the menu online(as she took them after we ordered). Sure enough is was not either of our meals. She offered to remake it but we already ate over half each since we were told, yes those were our meals...so we denied the remake. She also made the excuse that there were only 3 cooks. It was 12pm and maybe 5-6 tables had people, it was empty. At that point we stopped eating and pushed our meals to the side. No discount was offered or anything. Still had to pay full price for both meals. Clearly no tip was left.

Cheap ingredients including the beef for the hamburgers and nachos toppings, but not cheap prices. Great atmosphere.

The worst frisco melt ever the hamburger would be comparable to a McDonald patty. The bread was good and looked good. But the hamburger was terrible.

Had dinner here last night before hitting the casino, and can I just say Mazie (i hope I spelled it right) is one of the best servers I have had in a long time. My family absolutely loved her. She made our experience memorable!

So the food isnt too bad. If you are able to get any! Third time in a row they have refused to go orders. Two and half hours before they close. Horrible waitress staff that expects you to tip for to go orders and half the time messes the whole order up. If you are lucky enough to get your order placed and recieve it fresh the food isnt even half bad. But thats a long shot. Good luck, you'd have better odds on the slots then you would getting waited on!

Came for the top golf swing and it stops working after the 3rd ball you hit. The tables and couches are filthy ripped and stained. Service was non existing luckly there is a robot server. I wouldn't recommend this to someone unless you wanted to ruin there

Way overpriced for the quality of food. The menu has very little variety. The food is okay, it’s not great it’s not terrible. Server was nice, but you have very little interaction with your server. The casino offers very little food options, so you’re stuck with this place, unless you want to go to the expensive steakhouse/pasta restaurant, or a small cafe. It’s definitely not what it used to be, and for the amount I spent I would have expected better food.

We truly appreciate the friendly atmosphere, it was very busy, but we hung out at the bar and we enjoyed ourselves, watching the football game, my team lost 😔 lol but I won when we went to the casino $$$$ I don't gamble the most I will put in the nickle mashing is $30.00 this time my honey gave me $ so win win all the way around for me. Bar tender ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Evon was awesome!!! We were a party of 15 and she was the best! She provides not just wonderful customer service but is so kind and caring. We will be back!

Visited 1/27/2024 the first thing I noticed walking into the casino was how dirty it was! My husband and I ordered the brisket Philly (it was so greasy and I was unable to eat it) we mentioned it to the server; she asked if I wanted anything to replace it; I said no. Figured the bill would be reduced or it would be taken off but when Bill came it was full price. Unfortunately, we paid it and left. Will NEVER return to this casino again.
