I contacted the establishment to inquire about the availability of bikes for rent and was informed by someone who claimed to be the manager that there were no bikes available for rental and that they had ceased renting bikes for the day. When I inquired about the time they stop renting bikes, the individual on the phone responded that they stop when they feel ready. Subsequently, he told me not to call again. This behavior is extremely unprofessional. My mother and I have been visiting this place every summer for over five years. She is older and a breast cancer survivor. I am uncertain if there has been a change in management, but it deeply saddens me to have been treated in this manner. I could never express such rudeness to a customer, especially a potential PAYING customer. This incident indicates to me that he does not value the customers who contribute to his business.

Katy Trail through riders...Great place for one stop service to rent a bike and catch a shuttle ride to ride the Katy Trail from Clinton to st. Charles. The 6 day bike rental i included a bike with a bike rack, front bag, lock and helmet.Life could not be easier! We flew into St. Louis with just our panniers as as carry on luggage, took a Lyft to the Bike Shop Cafe and we're ready to go i o time.

The service and food are great. The breakfast wrap was good. If you are vegan or vegetarian there are a lot of options but as someone that isn’t, the lack of breakfast food with bacon was disappointing.

The food is good if a little overpriced, we have dined here several times both in the café and curbside pick up. About half of the employees usually have a bit of an attitude and I have yet to have curbside pick up work once I’ve always had to go in, which is a little frustrating when you’re trying to not have to Take your toddler out of the car

Used to walk here to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere. Great view of the river and beautiful outdoor seating. In the cold there are fire pits to stay warm. I enjoyed the pretzels on their menu. I loved to see the dog that hung out in the bike repair area and would poke his head through a hole in the wall. I appreciate the parking lot closeby their business.

Absolutely loved this place. We were riding the Katy and used their service to shuttle us out to Clinton. Also ate dinner here the night before leaving out and the tuna melt was just fantastic. The shuttle service was perfect. If you've forgotten anything for your repair kit (I forgot extra sealant), you can pick it up at the shop. Grabbed our lunch for the day as well before heading out, and the breakfast wraps were really delicious. Our driver was incredibly friendly and offered lots of helpful information along the way. We were able to leave our car in their parking lot for the duration of our trip, which was super helpful. I would absolutely use them again.

Not the friendliest. I was there last week trying to get warm cause of the cold. Plus. I was texting someone waiting for them to come by so I can buy them something at this shop and the one girl was so rude and told me I had to leave unless I had to buy something. She was so ignorant. That was such a bad experience for me I don't even know if I'm even coming back to this place. I was planning to buy something for myself and a friend. But the one girl that was working there was rude. To the owners you need to fire her. I'm sorry that was a bad experience. I have a disability and she had no right to kick people out. She's not the manager. I wasn't causing a scene there I was minding my own business and what she did is illegal and I didn't even steal anything from there. If I was just there waiting for someone so I can buy something for me and them. She can't kick me out. That's illegal. The one girl I'm talking about not trying to be racist or anything but looked like she was Mexican or something with the black hair. I could be wrong. But she rubbed me off the wrong way. I want to speak to the owners of this place. Cause of my bad experience. I want to talk to you people

On short notice I asked Bike Stop to deliver coffee to the middle of nowhere at 7:30am for a non-profit event. It was short notice because my previous vendor flaked. The price was great, the coffee was delivered on time, with a smile and was outstanding! I had four cups myself it was so good! I do stop in to the cafe from time to time and am just as happy with the service and coffee.

The bike shop and services were the very best. They provided transportation to Clinton for us to start our ride back to St Charles on Katy Trail. Everyone and everything was first class and took extra care with our bikes.
When we returned they even let us use a hose to get the dust off our bikes before returning to hotel. You want to do a trip on the Katy Trail. Start with them, you won’t be disappointed.
