Got cold mac and cheese which wasnt even mac and cheese basically some cold meat and fresh cheese on pasta. Order the New york strip which was a 4 oz steak well done when ask for medium . It comes with a add on black pepper and blue cheese sauce and got blue cheese in a cup. What a joke.

Service was terrible. Got 3 orders wrong and completely forgot the 4th. Employees smoke weed with customers inside the restaurant right next to a table with young children. Food was terrible too. Don't go here

This place is trash. The food took over an hour to get to us. It was cold when it arrived. They didn't have any of the drinks on the menu that I ordered. I wouldn't come here. There are better places on Main St. to go to.

We went to the St. Charles location on 10/27/2018, I think this is the worst dining experience I’ve had . Service was slow, almost an hour and they forgot to put in for someone’s meal, another person ordered chili cheese tots instead of chili cheese tots it was just cheese and bacon, instead of a chicken sandwich someone else got a chicken chaser wrap. We just ate what was brought to us so we didn’t have to wait any longer. There was no sincere apologies, manager was notified of out dissatisfaction and didn’t bother to come over. Save your money and frustration , avoid this sad excuse of a restaurant/bar.

4 of us went there last night mostly because we were really hungry and wanted some food. We were ignored for 30 minutes and there was one waitress in our area. We told her can we please have the menu so we can order food. She disappeared and came back after another 10 minutes with the menu but wouldn’t take our order cause she said her shift was getting over and she wanted to find the new waitress. We said ok but we sat there for another hour while we saw this waitress serving food to one table and then going and chatting , eating and sitting on another table while she was on the clock . Whenever we called her while she was serving others she said yeah still looking for your mythical waitress. We waited an hour without food and drinks. We did buy a beer from the bar while waiting cause apparently you don’t get served at a table. We went to Lloyd and Harry’s and it was great food and good service. There are plenty of bars on this street that are all better so just skip this one
