Not one glove worn while preparing the food. No hair nets nor hats. 25 minute wait for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches while standing in a place with nowhere to actually wait for your items. Not sure how places like this even stay open. Where is the health inspector? The two baristas, while also not wearing gloves or washing hands between register transactions, were actually working hard and were very friendly. Will not return lol. Do better.

A very nice atmosphere. Outdoor seating as well. Delicious pastries and food. One of the best lattes I have had in a while. Although it is a bit far from where I stay, I would definitely come back on a special occasion. Worth the money. Thank you.

wife asked me to go get her a crooked tree salad. the shop closes at 8 pm. I arrive the restaurant at 7:10 pm. I am then advised that the kitchen closes at 7 and they are no longer making salads. Horrible service and the workers we happy to not do their job. The google page shows they close at 8 but not that the kitchen closes at 7. WASTE OF MY TIME

Very dark little place energy wouldn't be where I would like it but maybe it's just not for me. The coffee was okay nothing I would complain about.

From the diverse menu to the staff. You can't beat a better quaint coffee shop. Great little prize for our community.Caramel cloud, is my favorite as well as a tuxedo junction hot or frozen. Build your own breakfast sandwich you can never go wrong with. ?Parking: Parking can be tricky unless you use the lower parking lot, then walk up the little stairs behind the shop.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu & they also have board games you can play. Just need to be of a certain age to play them.Wheelchair accessibility: There are steps to get into the shop. Whether it's 2 stairs to the front or side entrances.

This is my home coffee shop. I love this place so much, they are so affordable and their coffee is delish! I love the chorizo burrito. They come out with fun lattes every couple of weeks or so, always a 10/10. I come her frequently, almost every week, to meet with friends for coffee, Bible study, and study sesh’s. Come here!!!

Waited 30 minutes for iced coffee and it wasn’t worth the wait.

I really like Crooked Tree. The food is good and it's a super cute shop. I'm not sure how I felt about the service. The people were polite enough but not overly friendly. That made it maybe a somewhat less comfortable environment. Or maybe for the extreme introvert, it's just fine.

Good tea good food but the help especially the college student staff are rude. Not taking my order just being rude to anyone not going to linwood. I dont need it. Im not expecting over joyed personalities just be be treated professionally. This was at 6:08 pm on the 21st of Feb.

Love this place for gathering w friends. Bathroom door needs a spring to close slowly.Parking: Park behind the building in back of Cork & Rind when it isn't open. The walk up from below is too treacherous for me.

30 minutes for a matcha, coffee, and hot chocolate. Orderd 2 cinnamon roll...got 1. Matcha was ordered with oatmilk and simple syrup and that didn't happen. Place seemed decent, but service was poor.

First impression, not so good. The older gentleman seemed put out taking our order and the young lady ahead of us. He was quite impatient and rude, we thought. Putting that aside, the rest of the staff was delightful, latte was delish, the blueberry pancakes were amazing. My sisters said their breakfast was ok. Quiche was overdone, English muffin was burnt. I had the Santa Fe and was so good. Cute establishment!
