Used the drive-thru for the first time, what a disappointment. I asked for onions on my pot roast sandwich and I could barely see them. If you’re going to use the leftover onion waste at least put enough on the sandwich so you can taste them. 1 ½ small onion pieces do not satisfy the request. I didn’t realize onions were in such short supply. Up the amount of onions, on a sandwich this large you should have four or five slices this size.

This particular location had been hiring people who clearly either didn't care about service or just lacked basic understanding and experience. I came here recently with a friend and I'm happy to share that I would say their servers and people that are hiring have changed for the better, even as a fast food restaurant I'm happy to see that higher standards are trying to be kept especially as I see Culver's as a step up from your standard McDonald's or Wendy's.

Ordered 2 fish dinners. Teeny little fish stick size. Ridiculous! For a $40 bill. Their cod has really gone up in price for the puny little pieces that now come with the dinners. Rip off!

My chicken sandwich didn’t get the lettuce, cheese, tomato, and onion I requested. Bread is hard, no tomato OR onion OR cheese. Just old and hot lettuce with a soggy piece of lukewarm chicken. Fries have also been sitting in the hot window for at least 10-15 minutes.
Talk about a joke. Maybe quit trying to revolutionize your drive times and serve your customers food worth eating. God knows you charge for it.

Have been to 3 Culver's over the past week. It did not meet my expecting. I asked for no veggies on the bacon cheese burger 'value' meal. It came out with no condiments, a dry burger. Second time I got 2 chicken tenders and made a value meal. Very disappointed with the portion size. I considered then inadequate. Third time I went with the cheese burger with mustard and ketchup only as a value meal again. I caught myself looking at the burger and found the portion of the condiments to be minimal. They were busy at all three meals. The people behind the counter were helpful

Ordered a culver deluxe meal. My burger wasn’t cooked through, and very bland. I was really shocked, because Culver’s never disappoints. This is my first time at this location, and probably won’t be back

This is a drive thru walk in restaurant has indoor outdoor seating is right in the middle of things sort of a busy area . Nice food fast service kinda loud environment n not so polite of workers but other than that a great great place to stop n have some food.
