I try and give them a chance every couple of months but every time I go there I find at least 3 hairs on my chicken tenders
We go here occasionally to reward the kids. Food quality is about on par with McDonalds. A bit too expensive in my opinion for what it is. Service has generally been good. Kids are always happy with their treats.

Treatmyself to the drive through for ice cream about once a week, always have a great experience. Always a cone or a peanut buster parfait. Tonight the 'ice cream' was WAY off. Visually off white and grainy, texture of cheap ice milk and leaving a bad after taste. No way the people working that aren't noticing the difference. Bummer on one hand, but on the other I'll save the weekly $.

Absolutely abysmal. Messed up my burger way beyond simple mistake. Heaven forbid someone not enjoy ketchup and ask for it to be left off, I have never seen a burger so demolished with ketchup. Not to mention they completely left off my lettuce and extra pickles. Maybe they should stick to just Blizzards and Fries, they got that part right.

Service is usually ok, but the food quality is poor. Why are the hamburgers cold? This isn't the first time I've had issues with Cold Hamburgers from this Dairy queen
