Worst blizzards I've had in my life. Reeses fluffernutter was pure marshmallow, to the point I wondered if it was done on purpose. I couldn't even eat it. My husband got a butterfinger that had absolutely no butterfinger in it. Literally all vanilla and 1 piece of candy. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the best Dairy Queen in the area! The service is excellent. I was picking up food and couldn't carry it all and once of the employees offered to help me carry it out. The best!

Had to drive all the way back to the store after getting home because their was hair in the sundae. They remade it and didn't offer a refund on my order which was ruined by the time I got all the way back to the house. By then we had to leave to go to vb. It had taken over an hour of driving back&forth&them making the sundae and blizzard and full meal i originally picked up in the drive thru at 430 was now not getting eaten by the time I got back at almost 6 because we had to leave to make it practice in O'Fallon by 630 & we ended up being late rushing to get there because I tried to something fun for my son. Which turned into him not eating until 830pm & tossing his sundae in the freezer the second I got back.

Vegetarian options: Nothing really stuck out to me that was vegetarian but doesn't mean there wasn't any.

Parking: Only 2 in whole area &they are always messing up& never seem tounderstand what your problem is. Would love to franchide/open one myself a bit closer to me where it's a high traffic area.

Came in after a long day at work and the guy at the counter was super nice and helpful with my order. While waiting there were a couple family’s dining in taking about Santa coming with the kids and it was a complete mood boost. Great service and atmosphere

Ordered three of the new burgers and I received three regular cheeseburgers.

Been here multiple times and the food always taste excellent and comes out very fast. The employees are super kind and respectful I don’t often leave reviews but this place honestly is ran well and I’m glad I live so close to it.

These people are awesome. Every time we come to this location it's always perfect!!! Our food is always done right and never an issue. We take the kids here once a week because no one has any complaints and it's affordable too! Always friendly and proper customer service. There a lot of businesses that could never hold a candle to that. Thank you for treating my family with respect and making every experience so great! A+!!!!!

1st time there i ordered a double burger and fries. The burger was dry and tasteless and the fries were not hot

I called two days ahead to get a blizzard cake with a happy birthday message and the whole time I was trying to spell out the persons name clearly they were rushing me and seemed annoyed. Two days later I came to pick up the cake and they spelt the name wrong. The only reason that they are not getting one star is because they attempted to fix it but it just looked sloppy they didn’t even offer to compensate there mistake overall horrible experience at this location and I would not recommend getting cakes here
