Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

A coworker recently spoke of the Dairy Queen near her home in South St. Louis city as being very popular with great quality. As a result that put me in the mood for a good Dairy Queen burger. That is not the case with this Dairy Queen. Since the pandemic, I feel that most fast food places bulk cook their burgers and let them sit and get dry and unappetizing. This Dairy Queen would fall under that category. Definitely would not recommend.

Gentleman with the long hair (Aiden) working the front single handedly is keeping your business running he deserves a raise and employee of the month. Im writing this as i sit and wait for my food with my friends. He is taking orders, making orders, packing orders, and serving the lobby as a manager this is the kind of hard work that should be rewarded. I hope management takes this serious as he is basically the only one working.

Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and no one asked to take my order or even spoke to me. I realize other members of my party had ordered online so their food was ready and they may have assumed I was part of the order, but they never asked. We were guests in the store and the employees were more concerned with their own problems. This is the worst experience I have EVER had at a Dairy Queen.

My girlfriend and I both got chicken strip baskets, the food was cold and managed to get food poisoning somehow, spent almost 24 hours getting sick and just feeling terrible, never had an issue at other locations also the staff just seemed not to care and were rushy when ordering and everything, I would avoid going to this location.

Third time in A row your young immature kids that work there got my order wrong. Why are they so immature at this location? The immaturity and getting orders wrong, especially three times in a row really looks ridiculous. Learn how to hire quality people and not some ditzy raggedy kids who dont care

Came to eat here, immediately grossed out by the smell. Was willing to look past it, until I heard what sounded like an employee in the back mocking my disabled child. Took everything in me not to say anything. We walked out without ordering anything. Whoever that kid was doesn't need to be working for the public. Eff this place. Do better.
