Doozle's Frozen Custard

Ice cream good. Hayden Baggot deserves employee of the year.

Menu is a little misleading or confusing, they don’t specify if the photos are concretes or sundaes, so we got the wrong items. But even though we got the wrong things, they were still amazing. I’m not even a fan of chocolate ice cream and it was still delicious.

9/12/2025 Time 9:45pm The young later taking orders at the window told my Daughter she was only taking cards no cash right now and We looked at eachother like what because the expression on face gave us the vibe like she really didn't want to serve us at all so if this is how this place is being ran,you guys need to do alike better if you want to keep customers coming and not lose them because we will not be returning spending anymore of our money at this establishment.I couldn't believe she said and was looking at us the way she did‼️

We went to Doozle's while traveling through St Louis in August 2025. We had never heard of Doozle's. Their frozen custard is dense and creamy. Unlike other custards, it is not overly sweet. We think it's the best we've ever had, compared to larger chain brands. We wish they had stores on the east coast.

I love that they have a lite option that tastes amazing.

7-9-25 Got food poisoning last night from here. We took our dog and got him a tiny pup cup and he threw up everything that night. I woke up this morning and threw up as well. Not sure what is going on.

Love this place. The staff are always cheerful and very pleasant. Ice cream is great too.

They never put any toppings on anything. Their mix-ins are a joke and have nothing!! I would rather go to McDonald’s 😂

Ice cream taste like frozen milk water

They CHANGED the brownie topping on their doozles delight sundaes and concretes, instead of the awesome chewy bits, it’s like brownie sand/crumbs. You had the best brownie bits ever but the last 2x times I came here they were totally different texture and weird, not good at all. You lowered the topping quality and you raised the price. Thats lame 👎🏽 . I hope you change it back. Long time customer. Price is not worth it with new brownie crumbs. I’ll pay premium price and make a special trip just for the old brownie bits but the new brownie sand sucks. Can go anywhere else.

Drive thru service is quick as well as the walk up windows

Very tasty Ice cream, I knew someone who worked here and it was like a 5/10 experience but in today's economy jobs are hard to find, so im giving doozles a 4 star review for actually hiring people! again, I love the ice cream, though Ive had a few times with random toppings that arent supposed to be in my ice cream and idk why, fyi dont work here though!

Shared banana split and a sunset. Can't beat it . Thank you doozles!
