Food was not good, it was more expensive than El Rancho Nuevo. El Rancho Nuevo was far better in terms of how good the food was, and it’s cheaper.

The service was good but the food was bland. They didn't use any spices at all. The rice was the tastiest part. We had the chicken chimichanga and the mixed fajitas. They just stuffed an entire chicken breast instead of the chimichanga without cutting it up, shredding or anything. There was no cheese on it either. The fajitas were just as bland. The tomatoes that they used were tough and tasteless. If this is how the food is on a Friday night they won't be open much longer.

This is the worst service I’ve received at a sit down restaurant ever on the night of 12/5/25. Everything was alright until we received our food. The waiter never came to check on us. We sat there awkwardly after finishing our meals. We waited. And waited. And waited. I had to flag down a different waiter and ask her where our server was because she literally disappeared. Finally she appeared and gave us the check. Husband put his card down and once again… we waited. Another long time later (They can check the cameras to see how long.) and she never came back to get the payment. My toddler was losing it at this point. We really didn’t want to be rude but I got up and looked for someone to take our freakin money. I walk around the corner and there she is, standing at the counter doing who knows what. Didn’t look busy to me. We brought the check and TO HER while all the other guests got sit and be brought the check by their lovely waiters. Such a humiliating experience. No idea what we did to receive this service as we are always super kind. (Again, check the cameras, we were very pleasant coming in.) I should have said something to a manager but I was avoiding confrontation. Will never be back.
My family and I have been to this location several times whether dining in or taking out and I’m disappointed in saying that today unfortunately, was one of the worst experiences with ordering take out. This evening we ordered online and within that order placed a specific instruction not to include mushrooms which is typically included in their Kelley’s Special. This request has been made every time when ordering whether in person or online and today was the first time that instruction was either ignored or overlooked. The person receiving that order can not have them. Amongst another order placed was a Kids meal Chicken Quesadilla. Per their menu online it specifically states you can choose between chicken or steak and it’s served with rice and beans. The issue with this order is that the chicken quesadilla did not have the rice and beans with the quesadilla as outlined on their menu. A call was placed to the restaurant to alert them to the mistakes/missing items and to see if a replacement could be provided for the Kelley’s Special and if the missing Rice and Beans could be provided. The person on the phone acknowledged that we can come pick up the missing items and replacement. Once he arrived to pick up the items he was told that the Rice and Beans are “Optional” and therefore if we want them it would require an additional charge of $6.50 to be paid. The menu was pulled up for the employee/manager (Man with glasses) showing where it says that they’re included and not something to be added on. Mind you we’ve ordered this item before multiple times and have NEVER had this issue nor told that it’s optional. The employee/manager dismissed what was on THEIR menu and doubled down on it being an extra $6.50. After already spending $39+ we now have to spend an extra $6.50 for something that’s included per the menu. The pick up person paid the extra $6.50 due to being tired of going back and forth and having just got off work and was ready to go back home again. The employee/manager only became apologetic when told we won’t be coming back after this fiasco. The remake of the Kelley’s special without the mushrooms was beyond tragic and was just thrown together completely bland and not looking like how it normally would. (Receipt was also provided showing where the instruction was placed saying “No mushrooms please!”). There was some confusion as to if that was included when ordering and it was. I’m not sure where the lack of care came from with the service and product this evening but something needs to change quick. This is the 2nd incident in like a week or 2 the first was being overcharged. So I believe we will be taking a step back from this location and go elsewhere. We enjoy the food when made right and without incident we just started coming here and it’s a shame we have to take a step back.

Bit pricey. An appetizer for $18.00 when my whole meal was only $13.00. But it was good and the leftovers were even better. I had the fajita quesadilla and the husband had the shrimp wrapped in bacon stuffed with cheese. The app was the queso fundido

First time here and was pleasantly surprised on how well lit and nice and clean the restaurant was. They have a full bar, patio area and kid friendly Chips were warm but salsa was a bit bland for me. Pollo Guanajuato was delicious, tender well flavored chicken smothered with chorizo and cheese and served with rice and beans. Definitely worth a second visit .
Went here at lunch with a group from work. The food was pretty good. I had a large burrito 🌯. The menu was quite large....maybe too big. I got a little overwhelmed with all the pages. The service was great. Very attentive and fast. The inside of the restaurant is clean and the booths are tall (so no worries of a kid in the next booth hitting your back all meal). Prices were about average for similar Mexican restaurants in the area.
