Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

This was our second visit to Firebirds and this visit was with guests. We had a great dinner and our guests enjoyed their dinner as well. We will return again. Service was excellent and our waitress was attentive, food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable.

Very nice ! Good food and great service. I got the honey chicken , party also got the salmon and ribs. Everything was delicious and our waitress was very friendly and attentive

The dinner was good but the ribeye was burnt(charred black) even though the steak was medium rare. It was supposed to be medium well. Baked potatoes were on the hard side(not cooked long enough).

Dirty dishes left on tables around us the whole time we were there but otherwise good overall.

The food looked great but was bland. I had the steak penne. There was probably about 6 or 7 pieces of steak in the whole dish. My friend had a burger. There was no lettuce, onion, pickle or tomato on the burger. We saw other tables being served bread while we were offered nor served none. Our waiter was absolutely awesome though. Not a truly bad experience but not sure what they served was worth the prices.

Place was too fancy for me. Food was really good. Waiter was nice and attentive.

We had an 8:00 reservation. We were seated almost promptly. We ordered a very simple order (Caesar salad and Honey Hot Chicken sandwich with 2 soft drinks) and informed the waiter that we were celebrating our anniversary. About 8:45, there was no food and the waiter brought some bread over. At 9:06, we still had not received our order and a manager came over. Our meal was paid for but they were going to charge us for soft drinks which was ludicrous! My wife had to complain to the manager for her to remove the soft drinks. Not to mention, there was a couple that was acting very strange like they were drunk or on drugs, speaking loudly and moving around a lot. Overall, one of the worst dining experiences I've had. It will be a minute before I patronize them again.

My birthday dinner was ruined!!! My party wasn't seated until 45mins AFTER my reservation... half of the table had MAJOR issues with their food...1 of my guest steak was undercooked(she had already ate a piece) the took the same steak and recooked it(how is that sanitary)...nevertheless, NONE of my guest will be back

Tenderloin salad and a fresh green salad My salad was good. My husband ordered the tenderloin salad medium well and it was definitely well done and very tough would be nice to have a lunch menu with smaller portions and cheaper prices to eat
