Where do I begin. We waited an hour for our table, which in theory, is understandable for a Sunday and that wasn’t the worst part. The worst part was when we got to our table, the drinks we ordered, were already disgusting. The orange juice was absolutely awful, it was warm and chunky, and the water was the most flavorful thing we had all day. We ordered our food, which included mozzarella sticks and ranch. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they were sitting out all day. They were undercooked and the cheese was hard. The ranch had no seasoning and was disgusting.
We then proceeded to get the rest of the food, the southern fried chicken meal and the biscuits and gravy. I HAVE NEVER had so much food that had no flavor, was unseasoned, and absolutely atrocious. All of the fried food, the potatoes, the chicken, and the French fries we ordered, tasted like dirty oil with nothing to taste except that. It was awful. The gravy had 0 seasoning, and tasted like chunky milk. Even covering the food in hot sauce did nothing for it. The bacon we got was clumped together with some burned parts and some raw parts which is just nasty.
We never received the pancakes because the waitress forgot to put them in which happens, but they took them off and acted like they did us a favor even though we never received the food.
They told us they took them off and asked how our food was and if we needed boxes which we proceeded to say no and obviously didn’t eat anything, which the waitress saw, but never said anything. After going up to pay, we let the hostess and manager know and the manager acted like we inconvenienced her, rather than taking off some of the food of the $55 ticket that we didn’t eat, she gave us 20% off and acted like taking the pancakes off was part of the discount. We still paid $45 for food we didn’t eat and for bad service.
I’m unsure why this place had such great reviews, but it was disgusting. I wish I could rate it 0 stars.
Also the seasoning on the food that you see, was done by us. Definitely not by the cooks.

Always amazing food! Always busy but they get ya in quick and busy for a reason.

Outstanding food and service. If you're looking for a great place for breakfast, this is it. I had the short pancake stack ... excellent tasting.

Food quantity is good for the price you pay. Most of the time the quality of the food is decent and servers are extremely helpful and friendly.

No wait time at 4pm on a Tuesday for 3 people. Our server, Mikaela, was marvelous! She never seemed to hover but was there when needed. The food was excellent! I ordered the country fried steak with street corn and was not disappointed at all. My family ordered meatloaf with okra and Mashed potatoes and they were extremely happy. Made sure to let the manager know how much we enjoyed everything.

The staff and management are efficient and very attentive. The restaurant is clean. The food is excellent. Plus they have pie!

LONG wait for a table. Originally told 35-40 minutes. We were still waiting at an hour and 15 minutes. Once seated though it was amazing. Great food and service.

Food and service level were stellar.
Alyssa was our server and she was wonderful! I wanted to go to brunch (visiting from out of town) and my bestie took me here; I am so happy she did! Will definitely be back again. Side note: i highly recommend a reservation/getting on a wait list during peak times because the wait can be long.

Went here for breakfast on a Sunday. This place was packed, which is always a good sign. I had the country fried steak. I really enjoyed it. The ratio of breading to meat was good on the steak and the eggs and hash browns were both well done.
