Been going here for years. I really liked Cris or Chris the GM, he’s funny and very nice… I made birthday reservations through him last Thursday for my 30th on last Saturday.When I arrived there was no reservation at all! The manager spoke to me and she put together 10 seats. (My reservation was for 20)We sat there and not only never got service but were repeatedly ignored or told someone else would be right with us… mind you I only asked servers who were on their phones by the server station nearest to the door, so I didn’t expect them to be busy.We ended up ordering 1 round of shots and beers from the bar then left… very disappointed and frankly it’s pathetic!The manager did her best and I appreciate her the most, although I didn’t catch her name… but wow, being regulars we thought it was going to be a very different experience.

Went to an event there Saturday night. The servers were great. Everyone had a good time.
It can be a little unsettling seeing your new boyfriend ogling at the ladies that work here, but they were very friendly and kind. My salad was delicious and he had so much fun sitting and chatting. Sat at the bar, he had wings, I got a salad. I'd go again. And when our bartender came to wrap up my salad, she brought lids for the sauces!!! Amazing service! Nothing is more annoying than going hime without the sauce. Very thorough service, friendly staff, and even if scantily clad, we had FUN!

Came in to have dinner with my family at what we thought was a family friendly restaurant, I was in for lunch and had a great experience. Savanna was awesome, got drinks and food fast, the manager Cordell was friendly and patient with us wanting multiple tvs changed. Skip to an hr later during what I assume was shift change, I came in with my family to the staff being loud hanging on their phone, we weren't greeted after about 10mins. My wife then went to the bar to attempt to get a drink. But after witnessing multiple servers and bartenders pick their bottoms which are practically underwear out of their ass and then make drinks and touch food. It's disgusting to witness, we decided that this isn't a place where we want to be served. Nor is it sanitary. I understand that it is the weekend and things may get loud and rowdy but you can't portray a place as family friendly when the wait/bar staff are dressed for a strip club, slapping asses, feeling each other up, and ignoring everyone but each other. They have a very "you're on my time" mentality
