My daughter and I ordered 2 pasta dishes last night. I had spaghetti and meatballs . The pasta was good but the meatballs were burnt. The meat on the inside tasted fine but they were totally burnt on the outside . They should never have been delivered like that.

Ordered a pizza through doordash. You know how I knew the pizza got delivered? The scratching sounds of a dog chewing it's way through the box on my front porch. Have the decency to knock before you leave, at least. Not to mention the pizza was lukewarm like it's been sitting out forever. I ordered 1 pizza bro. It's worth mentioning the total cost was $45 including tip. Be better.

If there is anything I can share about this place , it would be ....don't order on a football Sunday.....I've ordered throughout the week before and never seen any issue but once football season came in I learned to never order from this location again, on football Sunday. Over the phone they give you a time, I honor their time and when I arrive I'm told 15 more mins which turned into 45 lol never again. I had to sit in the restaurant which honestly isn't clean, I would never eat inside of there , sticky floors , sticky tables. All these employees too, but the biggest problem I have is listening to this woman talk about how long she's worked at imos, and all the drama that goes on there, I'm not sure if she's a manager or what but she wasn't managing her ppl that day, you would have thought she was on the phone with how loud she was talking too lol you guys got some work to do in there because team work is lacking and we the customers see it. I'll be in again soon but if the place smells like a bathroom mixed with pizza I'm walking out.

Limited parking due to other businesses. Food ordered brought out quickly. Ordered dine in, but was in a box to go. No problem with that. Salad at this location was quite a bit smaller than location on Jungermann. Overall, good experience.

I placed an order online and was not sure the order went through. I called the location, was told they received the order. I thanked them for checking and confirming the order. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes with no order in sight I called back to see where it was at and was told they did not have an order. I would recommend investing in an online ordering system that works and maybe some additional training so your staff do not blow off customers. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had issues ordering at this location and when it was delivered it was not that great. Thank you for your help Peyton. I will not be ordering here again.
