Got banned because I got a lunch special one day, came with a regular sized hoagie on the roast beef sandwich Went to go get it a different day and got 2 small sliders and told them I didn’t want the sandwich at all for the price I paid ($15)and I didn’t care about the refund. Ended up getting told I’m banned from going in there. The workers also took 5 minutes to help me out while they were in the back talking. I wasn’t planning on coming back since the food isn’t fresh or hot anytime I order from there

Horrible customer service. Worst IMOs I’ve ever been to and the pizza wasn’t fresh, it tasted like it was re-microwaved. I even waited 10 minutes more than the original 12 minutes they told me it was going to be. They should just close this location down honestly. The workers took 5 minutes to come to the counter to take my order while they were in the back mingling with each other and they acted like I did them a disservice by walking in there.

This is my go to IMO’s! The food is exceptional. Today I dined in and the place was so clean and looked so nice! My pizza and garlic bread were the best ever-hot and crisp. Staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. I could not have been more pleased!

Terrible experience at this Imo’s. The staff was rude and unhelpful when I asked about my order that I didn’t get I was talked over and accused of lying about what happened although the workers took my paid pizza home and ate it and closed the location was the caller hung up and told me to call tomorrow and speak with manager Chelsea I called back to get the name of the person I was speaking with and it was Chelsea! Such a rude person and worst experience I’ve ever had at Imos and my family eat the pizza very often. We just decided to go to a different location because we were closer to this than one than our usual and man oh man was that the WORST DECISION!

Picked up a chef salad and cheese bread. Cheese bread was great. The chef salad had two black hairs in it and a lot of brown wilted lettuce. Pitched in the trash. Very little meat on it as well.

This is a terrible imos. They dont pay attention when taking your order and get it wrong. They use Doordash when they are busy and when Doordash gets lost and your food doesn't show up or totally late and your food is cold the manger wont do a darn thing about it. These people dont care.

Elm Street IMO’s is one of the better IMO’s I’ve visited in STL! This location is clean, efficient, and has friendly staff. Chelsie always has a smile on her face whenever you walk in. We will continue to return!

This location consistently makes the best quality pies. I ordered a large sausage and bacon pizza with extra sauce. It was one of the best I’ve ever had! Perfect crisp on the crust. The cooks here seem to care. This is my go to Imos!

I have always Loved Imos pizza and many other menu options on the menu. it’s a treat for me when I have extra money and I can afford to splurge on my all time favorite, Imos! Even though it’s more expensive. Unfortunately, last nights order was totally messed up! I sent the store an email but haven’t received a reply, which makes things even worse! This was a very poor experience!
