Picked up a chef salad and cheese bread. Cheese bread was great. The chef salad had two black hairs in it and a lot of brown wilted lettuce. Pitched in the trash. Very little meat on it as well.

This is a terrible imos. They dont pay attention when taking your order and get it wrong. They use Doordash when they are busy and when Doordash gets lost and your food doesn't show up or totally late and your food is cold the manger wont do a darn thing about it. These people dont care.

This location consistently makes the best quality pies. I ordered a large sausage and bacon pizza with extra sauce. It was one of the best I’ve ever had! Perfect crisp on the crust. The cooks here seem to care. This is my go to Imos!

I have always Loved Imos pizza and many other menu options on the menu. it’s a treat for me when I have extra money and I can afford to splurge on my all time favorite, Imos! Even though it’s more expensive. Unfortunately, last nights order was totally messed up! I sent the store an email but haven’t received a reply, which makes things even worse! This was a very poor experience!

The employees are incredible. This has been a complete disaster… I am from out of town. I only look forward to Imo‘s pizza and their air-conditioning was out. It was uncontrollably hot we were sweating. The staff was obviously uncomfortable. I am appalled. I think I overheard them saying it has been weeks. It’s not a positive environment for anyone. Very disappointed in this location. I am only leaving a five star review because I feel so bad for the staff that I don’t want them to reap the negative energy from obviously a bad owner.
This is a great Imo's restaurant on Elm Street in St Charles Missouri I don't understand why it's so hard to navigate how to place an order with specials online to place my order corporate fix it I'm not going to sit here for 30 minutes trying to place my order and tell me I have to go back and do this and that make your ordering online process easier. Imo's on Elm Street in St Charles Missouri is one of the great emails to eat at and they have great service it's your online problem thank you
