Staff were extremely rude. My daughter and I walked in and didn't receive a greeting. We were kind of looking around to see what all the shop had to offer. The young man that worked there didn't even acknowledge us when we had a made a decision about what we wanted, I had to tell him. I honestly did not want to patronize this establishment but my daughter really wanted a Carmel apple so I gave in. I decided not to get anything because I felt like my 10 dollars I spent on a Carmel apple was not appreciated or wanted because of the color of my skin. I noticed how some of the businesses are going out of business, I'm assuming due to inflation. So you would think that every customer would be treated with a high level of customer service regardless of race or religious origin. The young lady that was on staff was equally rude and non engaging. I am 39 years old and I have never not tipped when prompted to tip. I was looking forward to tipping 5 dollars just because I know it probably was a slow evening being a Thursday and all. I couldn't have pushed the no tip option fast enough. They are lucky that I even spent my hard earned money in the establishment. I will never go back. I'll definitely find somewhere else to satisfy our sweet tooth. Not even a thank you at the end of my purchase. Is the racial hate that deep? My daughter really enjoyed the apple though, too bad we will never return.

To say this place has charm is a severe understatement. The entire Main Street is like a Hallmark movie with so much charm and Kilwins only adds to that. I don’t know if they have anything necessarily that anybody else doesn’t, but I would come here again for the atmosphere alone. I highly recommend Kilwins if you are in the area.

First time ever writing a negative review. It was insulting enough to pay $26 for two scoops of ice cream and a chocolate shake. When I asked the person behind the counter for a cup of water her comment was "we don't give out cups of water". I'm sure some of this is due to inflation, but quite plainly, I will not be going back.

My wife and I go here mostly for their ice cream, which is really good, but they have lots of other treats as well. On our latest visit we got three slices of fudge, it was buy two get the third free, and some ice cream. We'll definitely be coming back for more.

This place is a must see! Their bathrooms are very clean and fancy floors are heavily mopped and cleaned tables are wiped down everyday most best icecream in town! (But there is a lot of flooding here though but other than that a great place to eat at!)
Parking: Sometimes parking can be difficult here but still available spots (most of the time)
Kid-friendliness: It is very safe out here and super kid friendly and a very low crime rate
Ice cream was really good kinda expensive and the cones were weak and broke. So I needed to get a bowl to keep it from falling on the floor
