I absolutely love their ice cream! The flavors are always so delicious and creamy, and there's such a great variety to choose from. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel right at home. My favorite flavor is the cookie and dough it's so rich and flavorful! The prices are also very reasonable, especially considering the generous portions you get. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a sweet treat

Perfect place to come for solid, chocolate Easter Bunny and you get your money's worth!! Staff was so friendly! Keep up the GREAT customer service!!Parking: Bring your patience if there is an event going on in St. Charles. You are going to need it to find a parking spot. Get a peppermint coffee. Just a regular coffee.Update: 3/9/24 They no longer have peppermint as a flavor option.I argued with Thomas for 5 minutes as to whether or not they ever had the flavor to begin with. Turns out, I was right. He had to ask the other worker if they used to have the flavor.I knew I had previously written a review about getting a plain coffee with peppermint flavor about a year or so ago.Today, I begrudgingly settled for toffee nut. It was not good. I miss the peppermint flavor that goes so perfectly with the dark chocolate covered marshmallows.

Smells great in here.Lots of packaged treats and fresh ones behind the counter as well.The waffle cone is kept warm until you order which is really nice.I got the mint chocolate chip and it was probably one of the best versions I've ever had. I liked the chunks of chocolate in it and the ice cream wasn't overly sweetStaff were really kind and kept the line moving.I'd gladly come here again

Have some of the best gummy bears and chocolate covered pretzels I've ever had. It's great to see everything behind the counter made in house and super fresh. Their dark chocolate tuttles are wonderful as well. Runs on the expensive side in terms of chocolate, but I would absolutely recommend trying their chocolate at least once.

Very disappointed. Drove 30 minutes to get ice cream just to get a door shut in our face by an employee saying they closed 3 minutes ago, even though online it said they were open for another hour, meanwhile people are still ordering inside. Will not be coming back to this location.
