Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

I'm very frustrated with fast food in general these days but always felt like this place was amazing...until recently! Seriously now the food is dry and let's not even talk about the horrendous lack of work ethic or customer service. I mean if u hate ur job get a different job! No people skills and no desire to produce good food.

they can hardly take an order forget getting it right. Reviewed the order 5 times and the got it right 0 times in the whole conversation. The woman working cannot understand the most basic instructions. Surprise surprise I get home and it’s wrong. Thanks for making it impossible to order and getting it wrong over and over

Ordered the 12 piece family meal didn't get my biscuits the containers were either cracked or had a hole because my coleslaw was everywhere the chicken was not supposed to be spicy and where were my other 2 sides? Call them only to get a fax machine it's been 4 days now and can't get an answer to even get this fixed. Just like they work for a paycheck I do too and it's because of customers that they even have a job to get a paycheck. A simple thank you, smile, and ensuring the order is correct is to much to ask anymore I guess. My 4 year old has better work ethic than these adults these days!!!

Management, please work with employees on customer service at this location. On several occasions employees are not very friendly at all. We were treated as an inconvenience rather than paying customers.

We stopped by Lee's Chicken to grab a quick bite to eat.. OH MY...whoever was cooking felt like cooking that day. We are from Texas and we love us some fried chicken and this was DELICIOUS. It's been a few weeks now and we are still talking about it.

Friendliest staff ever! The food is always fresh and the entire restaurant is very clean.

Im a regular customer come at least 5 times a week , some days i see different employees but i always see an young lady her name is naelani . She always so polite and have a good personality she's doesn't show frustration when you can tell there very busy and always have an good attitude . One day i was having a bad day and came through the drive through and i was very rude , and she handled me well and i want you guys to tell her im very sorry she probably will remember me .

Food was good. However I could without the attitude. I simply ordered my meal. Paid and left. I said thank you and she slammed the window in my face. I get it! The job might not be great but don’t take it out on paying customers.

Salllllty im sure the only Lee's worth visiting is down in st.louis st.charles like the kfc and Popeyes in st.charles hit and miss ,check out the chicken coop at least the product is worth the money everytime unlike the 3 mentioned

Your staff is very rude. When I arrived there. There was 5 employees standing around and not one acknowledge me standing there. After 30 seconds later I order my meal that was on the menu and the black girl behind the counter try to repeatedly tell me that we don’t have it. I told her to look behind and read the menu board in till she realized that it on the menu. I have to repeat myself like 3 times for her to understand what I’m talking about. The reason I got upset is because she was cussing in a small tone toward me. I ask for a large water and Lee’s usually charge me for the large cup which is fine. On my receipt it said free water. When I came back up to ask for a large water the manager said that it was extra for a large cup. I said she didn’t charge me for it and she said I did order a large water. But she got talking to about it that why she was mad at me.
